WARNING BEWARE!!
WARNING BEWARE!! do not use this company. I don't know what's happened to this site since they changed there payment method. They were good and working fine up until then. They used PP as the payment method and i made an order just before christmas 2021. Now there using VW and the first order i made with this new payment after christmas. Money was taken from my account and i never received my order. After waiting the 3 days my order was supposed to be here. I sent them many messages and they never responded back to me i was not happy. So i got in touch with someone and got my money back. I would very much advise caution when using this site or just not use it at all.

No Customer Service
My recent order was delivered to the wrong address, which was DPDs fault. I was told to contact the seller by DPD as they can only sort it with them. The 1 star review is because I have emailed and used the form on their website and I have had no response in two weeks. Will not be using them again and will be contacting my card provider to claim my money back

What the heck ?! Why even advertise the flavours if they all taste the same ?! A weird chemical taste and so, so bland !
I wanted to love them and become a VERY regular customer, I really did but after
£30 down the drain. Never again.

STAY AWAY!!!
STAY AWAY!!!! They sent my stuff to a chemist. I had no knowledge of this. I sent a message l, then another until I think I sent 7 messages and no reply. They say on their website they pride themselves on customer service, well it’s awful. They finally came back to me 10 days later, they were rude, curt and blamed it on the courier. Go somewhere else because you might never get their products which aren’t that good anyway

Unfortunately if you ignore DPD notifications and fail to note you have requested all DPD deliveries to go to a default pickup show, we can not be liable for goods that don’t arrive at your home. Multiple messages from DPD would have advised you goods were at the location you have specified. We are not blaming the courier, more like the customer who fails to accept they have requested the goods to go to the pickup shop anyway and then they go and pick goods up when they finally realise what has happened. Transaction would have been seamless if customer didn’t ignore delivery notifications.
