I placed an order on Sunday, everything was delivered on Tuesday. That's pretty incredible given it's the holiday season! I found the website to be excellent, prices to be very reasonable, and customer service to be fantastic. I've spoken with the owner by email a couple of times with queries, and they answered quickly and were very helpful. This was my first transaction with 99tech, but I suspect it won't be my last. Great work!

They looked good but failed to deliver. I waited 3 weeks for a parcel from Sydney to Melbourne and it never arrived. Even allowing for COVID delays that's not acceptable. After I placed the order I discovered the only way to contact them is via text message and they only every answered once.
