Hello!! I joined around two months ago. I came here first for me and then decided after the one-, then five-day and then 30-day series to get certified for my trauma coaching clients.

9D came to me a month before I was told I was cancer free after five years of a natural healing journey. It's helping me to completely thaw out from the fight or flight I was in that came with every report, bloodtest, LIES and FEARMONGERING I was told from every conventional doctor that I would die, as I flooded myself with whatever i learned could heal my body. It took everything in me to say no to a broken medical system that is truiy a harsh business.

Now I get to fully breathe and feel alive. In two months, I've let go of the places in my life where I tolerated and overgave. I'm unapologetically saying no and setting fierce boundaries with expediency. 9D has helped me grieve two losses during this time, one unexpected and one of choice. I'm feeling rather overwhelmed with the rapid changes to be fully honest.

I just finished starting my day with Awakening. I'm in the right place at exactly the right time. So so much gratitude 🙏 ❤️

Kate at 9D is exceptional. She does not give up until the problem is fixed. She helps with lots of patience and without making you feel like you are being bothersome. There should be more Kates! I've had many experiences with her and she is the same helpful person each and every time.

My thinking changed. The way my mind works changed. My connection to my body, my work, my sexuality, my femininity, and even how I hold my family - all of it transformed.

I stepped out of the matrix. 💗And just like it’s said in 9D, breathwork accelerated years for me - beyond therapy, psychology, kinesiology, and many other methods. The truth is, no one really teaches us how to breathe. Not in school, not in life. Most people are just holding their breath.
That’s a kind of hell.
But I’m not there anymore. I’m freeeeeee. And I choose that freedom consciously.

I joined the Breath Masters cohort of January 2023 and joined 9D in April or May of that year.

Since then I have honed so many new and powerful skills, the main one being a breathwork facilitator. I have found my passion and the thing I want to do "when I grow up". I won't lie it has been a struggle, still is, but I am not giving up. I do everything necessary to keep going even if it sometimes means only one session in a month for one person, it doesn't matter. What's important is to bring awareness to breathwork to as many people as I can because it is our true superpower.

I have managed the past 5 years of my two sons' being enlisted in the army in war time, all thanks to breathwork and meditation, which have helped me sustain a balanced nervous system.

I'm grateful to you @Brian Kelly for creating Breath Masters and then 9D and for bringing your passion to life on such a scale.

I have met some beautiful people through the BM and 9D who have become my friends, and I'm grateful for this.

I wish you continued success Brian with this amazing movement that you have created and are encouraging along with the entire 9D family.

I have been experiencing 9D Breathwork for a while. When I discovered it last year I knew I had “come home”. It’s taken me a little while, but I have heard the calling and I am joining the movement to spread the love and the healing. Can’t wait to be more involved as a Facilitator-in-training!! 💕

Been with 9D for a little while now, and it’s been powerful to witness how this space has grown, not just in numbers, but in depth.
For me, this work has been a natural extension of everything I’ve been doing for years through bodywork and breath. But 9D brought a layer I hadn’t experienced before, the way it supports the nervous system to feel safe enough to actually let go… that’s been big.
I’ve seen real shifts, not only in myself but in the people I guide. More regulation, more awareness, more capacity to feel and process without force.
Grateful to be part of something that’s reaching this many people in such a meaningful way. Excited to see where it goes from here.

Ive been a member for just over a month now and I Love it 🤗 I've recommended it to people I know who are struggling. The effects for me are comfort and relaxing each time I start and end a session and I'm obviously still evolving and learning. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful idea 💖🌟

@Brian Kelly I joined Breathmasters in February of 2023 after seeing you on IG. I completed the online form, sent and spoke with Phillip from Sweden! I knew before he finished explaining that I was all in!
I became a Breathmasters BW Coach-certified at the end of the 10-week program in June of 2023, and added 9D that same year. I facilitated my first 9D Journey on the anniversary of my father's passing - to honor him, and so I could recall the date - 07/21/23.
Being a part of this community, using my training to facilitate in my own voice has given me confidence and presence beyond my wildest dreams! I was very successful in the corporate world as a COO, VP - but this, this is on my own. A different animal entirely, and one that has personally assisted in getting me out of my comfort zone, learning skills that I used to ask of others who worked with me in the corporate world. Navigating through building a website (hiring), marketing materials - staying somewhat connected to this community, has kept me from giving up!

I'm not always present on these platforms as I continuing to ask "how do I want my life to be lived"? After raising four children - now adults - working many, many hours while they were growing up, and this Age of Aquarius - I now see life differently - OUTSIDE of the programmed way of thinking....

GREATLY DUE to 9D Transformational Breathwork! My first journey with Brian Kelly guiding over Zoom - I saw myself and the world completely differently and knew this was the vehicle to unlock my way of thinking and to help others!!!

To those facilitators who are struggling, take a BREATH, walk away, and start again. Don't force, but allow. In God's time, all will be done.

After 40+ years of TALK therapy, I found 9D breathwork and after 2 sessions got through years of mental depression. I believe this could be the answer to a lot of mental illness that we mask with medication. I love this program so much I am in the process of becoming a certified instructor and at the age of 56 I know this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. Help People

I began my journey with 9D Breathwork and started my training last year in April. I did not go for my certification right away and since then the training has changed and I'm getting through it again and hope to be booking my Practice Lab breathwork session on the anniversary of my Joining the 9D Nation and getting my Certification! I currently hold breathwork sessions every Tuesday in 2 different locations. Every other Tuesday is Always Free for First Responders and Veterans. I joined 9D almost a year ago, and looking back, it feels like stepping onto a path that was quietly waiting for me all along. Since then, I’ve moved through Level 0 and Level 1 of the facilitator course, and I’m now very close to becoming officially certified. But more than the milestones… it’s been an inner journey of remembering who I truly am, of deepening into presence, of learning how to truly hold space: not from doing, but from being🌿

I’ve been guiding 1:1 sessions and small group sessions, and now opening into larger spaces as venues begin to align. The testimonials are coming in, but what stays with me most is witnessing those moments… where something shifts, where breath becomes the guide to feel and embrace emotion, where the body releases what it has been holding for so long. There is something sacred in that. Something real💫

Now, the final step is stepping into the online practice lab… and it feels like a natural next opening before completing this initiation into certification🙌

What we are building here… wow ... it is real. You can feel it in the field, in the people, in the way lives are gently but profoundly changing. The ripple is alive🌬

I feel deep gratitude to walk this path, to hold others in their unfolding, and to witness the quiet magic happen again and again…

I could never quiet my mind in meditation or regular breathwork. The tones, frequencies and thoughtful guiding in 9D make it so much easier for me to go deeper.

I have been doing a variety of journeys throughout my weeks (3-4/week). It has been 3 months so far and I have noticed that I am lighter and less reactive. It takes a lot for me to become anxious now. I believe it’s because I am more attuned to my body through the 9D app.

If I could give 9D 10 Stars, I would. I have been involved with them since the beginning, first as a breather and then as a facilitator. This group of inspired, beautiful, integrous people have changed my life completely. From a dark place of trauma and PTSD to one of life, love and clarity. You will be very hard pressed to find anything that comes remotely close to a 9D Breathwork Journey. It is truly life changing! Beyond grateful to Brian Kelly and his amazing team for changing my life!
