Seems a bit of a cowboy outfit. Not worth the hassle
Demanding to see a copy of my private bank statements in order to complete the order despite using Mastercard 3D Secure during purchase, providing a photo of my passport, photo of my driving licence, photo of the card that was used to place the order. It's a bit much.
I've bought way more expensive things online without the hassle this crowd caused me and the myriad hoops they expect me to jump through. Never had to send my private bank statements before to buy something online. It wasn't even that expensive a piece.
You kind of know you're not in Kansas anymore when you call up to cancel the order and they shout at you aggressively in a foreign language before hanging up the phone. Lesson learned...stick to Kansas.

This particular design was intentionally selected by you as a lightweight option, allowing the price to remain lower compared to heavier 22ct chains. The product was purchased with full visibility of these details.
22ct gold (91.6% pure) is priced based on the live international gold rate, which fluctuates daily and is outside of any retailer’s control. Lightweight chains are specifically created for customers who prefer a fine, delicate style, rather than a thick or heavy profile.
We respect that jewellery is a personal preference, however it is contradictory to select a lighter weight product for affordability and then criticise it for being light.
We remain fully transparent in our listings and always encourage customers to review dimensions carefully or contact our team for personalised guidance prior to ordering.

Disgraceful service & misleading delivery
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I was forced to pay £14.99 for “next-day delivery” because there was no standard delivery option available. I placed my order on Friday, yet the item was not dispatched until Monday. That alone makes the next-day delivery charge misleading and unacceptable.
I still have not received the item. The delivery email states that only I can collect the parcel and no one is allowed to collect on my behalf. I clearly informed the jeweller that I was away from home due to urgent in-law family matters, but this was completely ignored.
Instead of offering a solution, I was warned that if Royal Mail returns the parcel, I will be hit with a 30% deduction — despite the delay being their fault and the delivery restrictions being imposed without flexibility. This feels like a penalty designed to trap customers, not a fair policy.
Their response was cold, scripted, and dismissive. Once they have your money, customer care disappears. Hiding behind “third-party courier” excuses while enforcing punitive charges is unacceptable.
I strongly advise people to stay away. Overpriced delivery, misleading practices, and zero accountability. Very poor communication, zero understanding, and misleading delivery practices.
I would not recommend this jeweller to anyone. Once they’ve taken your money, you are on your own.

We understand your concerns around the delivery timing and the restrictions placed on receiving the parcel. While our next-working-day service operates from the next available working day (Monday–Thursday), we appreciate that this may not have been as clear or as convenient as expected when ordering on a Friday.
Regarding the delivery, for high-value 22ct gold jewellery we use fully insured services which require the named recipient to receive or collect the item. This is in place to protect customers and prevent loss or fraud, but we recognise that this can feel restrictive in situations like yours.
We’re also sorry if our communication came across as impersonal or unhelpful — that is not the experience we aim to provide.
Your feedback is genuinely valuable to us, and we will be reviewing how we present delivery options and communicate these requirements more clearly to avoid similar situations in future.

The earrings themselves are absolutely stunning and really well made! I am so pleased with the quality and price I paid, especially compared to prices at well known retailers.
