Emily is amazing.
She asked for a second when i asked questions out of the norm but i never left the chat with unanswered qustions. She even laid out options and made the journey into A1 trading seamless. 10/10 by any measurement

Don´t expect ANY after sales service
Don´t expect ANY after sales service.
Before I purchased the Edge Finder + Gold Membership Signals (For $500 total, DONT PAY MORE) I asked Drew if I could expect a mentorship to help me learn how to use the Edge Finder and the signals. He said that he was going to be available. HE NEVER WAS. Three times we set a meeting to which he NEVER showed up.
I waited in front of my computer for 40-50 min and he never showed up.
Nick told me he was going to get someone to mentor me. HE NEVER DID.
I requested a customer service representative via the web page, they never responded.
ONCE YOU PAY, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. For me was a waste of money. $500 IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the use you can get from this tool.
DONT BUY.

Just purchased the Edgefinder software. I dealt with Drew in my purchasing process and was a smooth, efficient and fast process.

Great customer service Drew
I have purchased the gold VIP membership for the a1trading discord community.
I have been following Nick for quite sometime and I like how he analyzes the fundamentals of the market; something I truly lack in my trading journey.
I’d like to give special consideration to Drew from the customer service team. He has been greatly helpful through out our interaction.
A true asset to their team.
I will write another review soon for the gold VIP membership and how I find it.

New joiner
I recently joined the A1 Trading community after following their Telegram channel for a while. I liked the quality of their market analysis, the value of the content they share, and everything the platform offers — so I decided to take the step and sign up for the VIP Gold membership.
A big shout-out to Halley from the customer success team — she was super helpful, answered all my questions clearly, and guided me through the onboarding process smoothly.
Really excited to get started and trade with A1. Thanks for the great support!

Great software and shining customer service.
The Edgefinder software does exactly as advertised. It comes across as a real passion project and is something I use regularly. The customer service team are always extremely helpful and fast to respond to any issues on their webchat.
