I was extremely nervous at the outset of this EPA assessment for Content Creator as this was my very first time navigating this form of assessment but Lisa was wonderful in reassuring me and setting the stage for the assessment. She was patient throughout the assessment, giving me time to breathe when needed or rephrased the question, on request, when I did not clearly grasp the question's entirety. Lisa's calm control and quiet demeanour enabled the EPA to take place successfully. So thank you, Lisa.

I recently completed my End Point Assessment and achieved a distinction. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank the team for their support throughout the process.

A special mention to Philippa Bailes, who was my assessor. She created a really professional and supportive environment, which helped me feel at ease and able to perform at my best. The assessment was well structured, and the expectations were clear, which made a big difference.

Excellent service from Louise and the team. As a tutor, I value how quickly they respond to queries and how comfortable they make my learners feel during their exams. My apprentices always feel supported and calm during their EPA, which is exactly what you want from an assessment team!

Louise is always available to answer questions quickly, to clarify any queries, and there are always current resources available. I completed my HR Level 3 with A2A and it was a great end to my entire apprenticeship experience.
