UPDATE: I've been fighting this charge for over 2 months now. The day I post this review is the same day I get a refund from the CEO himself. Remember, posting reviews matters.

On March 9, 2025, I sent A4DD an email asking them NOT to renew my membership. Ten days later they did exactly that AGAINST my wishes. They claim I didn't cancel EXACTLY the way they prefer, but a cancellation is a cancellation is a cancellation. Not only that, but THE CEO HIMSELF REFUSED POINT BLANK to honor my request to cancel the benefits of my canceled membership, and then hid behind "oh we're just a non-profit organization". Newsflash: Non-profits can scam people too! The reason they refused to cancel my benefits is because they know that if they don't cancel, when my bank contacts them regarding my disputed transaction, they can claim to have still "provided services" for the fee they stole from me. What they WON'T tell the bank is that I refused those services and asked for them to be canceled multiple times! A4DD is just a money-sucking leech who doesn't care about their customers' wishes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I'M ONLY with them because it is required to be at the site im at. I have emailed those people multiple times requesting services they so called offer, it is all a lie. They never respond.

REPLYING TO A4DD:
Sent 3 emails back in Dec 2023 about auto Insurance quotes as advertized on your site. 1yr later, 0 response. So I obtained insurance elsewhere.

Tax season. Ive completed the request directly from your website since you advertised good rates for your members. Months later, haven't heard back.

Unfortunately, your records are wrong.

On May 1st, the only reason why I got a call back, is because payment didn't go through due to an account change. And at the time of my business account change, ive attempted to call several times, and no one ever picked up.

navigating the site is difficult it takes multiple attempts to get what you seek membership should be free
