Guest bed was shoddily made
Guest bed was shoddily made - no attention to quality control. Neither bed displayed fire labels. I emailed AAA Beds with my complaint and concerns, and attached photos. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond to me.

Love the mattress
Love the mattress. Took a star off as the delivery driver rang me at work and couldn't find my address and then couldn't even follow my directions - would be good to employ someone who can actually use a sat nav.

good service for ordering and delivery…
good service for ordering and delivery only drawback was that because of health and safety delivery staff weren't able to take the bed upstairs. We are in our 80's and had to manage.

Great bed and service
We ordered a side opening ottoman bed.The bed looks great and is very sturdy. Communication was good, it was delivered on time and the delivery driver was great, would definitely use again.
