We aim to provide every customer with a high standard of service and transparent communication. As mentioned previously, our technicians identified a seized rear brake caliper on your bike, and we provided a clear explanation and quote for the necessary repair. No work was carried out without your approval.

All of our staff are fully trained and experienced, and we follow industry-standard procedures on every job. That said, we're always open to learning and improving, and we welcome constructive feedback to help us do so.
