Happy with results

I had a positive experience with Bitesoft. The treatment delivered quick, noticeable results, and the whole process felt straightforward from start to finish. The app made check-ins super easy and convenient, which helped me stay on track without needing any in-person visits which I liked.
There was one minor miscommunication where a package was sent incorrectly, but it was resolved without too much hassle. Note all my comms with Bitesoft were via email.
Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for an effective and budget-friendly way to improve your smile.

Best aligner company. Best reply time.

My experience with Aalto has been an absolute DREAM start to finish. Super prompt email replies- even when I’ve emailed them like 100 times in one day lol. The team are super helpful, if I had to do it all over again I would absolutely opt with this company. I’m super happy with my results- overall amazing experience can’t even think of one complaint.

The best decision I’ve ever made for myself.
As someone who was told in my early 20s, “you would be quite pretty, but your teeth are quite ugly,” I’ve struggled with my confidence for years. Finding Bitesoft was honestly life-changing - especially after being quoted much more by another company.
From start to finish, everything was amazing. The service was incredible, communication was super fast and easy, and I only needed three dental appointments, which made the whole process so convenient. The team truly cared, and it showed in every step.
Everything went so smoothly.

Thank you, Bitesoft. I would absolutely do it all over again if I had to. Two of my friends have actually started their journey with you because of my experience, which says everything.

Super grateful!

Between work and family, I barely have time for myself, let alone constant dental appointments. Aalto was such a blessing. Being able to scan my teeth from my own living room while my kids were asleep was a lifesaver!
But what really touched my heart was how responsive the staff were. Even on my busiest days, a quick message to the team was always met with such warmth and professional help. They made the whole journey feel personal and manageable. I’m now finished with my treatment, and I can’t stop smiling. Grateful is an understatement!

Spend more and go with Invisalign!

I originally had a very positive experience with Bitesoft. The onboarding process was quick, communication was responsive and everything felt smooth and professional.

However, my experience changed significantly when it came time to use the 10-year guarantee and request a revision. I was clearly advised that I had 3 days to raise any concerns, with no other stated timeframes or conditions about how quickly I needed to respond after that. I did in fact reach out within that 3-day timeframe and provided my feedback as instructed.

After some back and forth, I unfortunately missed a follow-up reply while dealing with serious personal circumstances. When I later attempted to finalise the revision, I was told too much time had passed despite the 10-year guarantee. I was told that because I had not responded quickly enough, I would have to pay for a new set of aligners.

After raising the issue externally, the company agreed to honour the revision. I was asked to delete my previous review on Trust Pilot as part of resolving the matter and I was not ultimately required to repay for the aligners. While that outcome was positive, I personally found the request to remove the review concerning. It raises the question of how many other customers are being asked to remove their negative review.

Fast forward to May 2025, I submitted new impressions. It has now taken from May 2025 until February 2026 to receive the replacement aligners. When they arrived, the top fit but the bottom did not, as if they were made from different moulds. The aligners also felt noticeably flimsy compared to my original set. I was then told another impression kit would be sent for the lower teeth. The new lower aligners arrived in March 2026 and I was told I had 3 days to reach out to confirm they arrived.

Since receiving the new aligners, I have contacted the company multiple times via email, website chat and the dental monitoring app, but have received no response. I am unable to begin my next stage of treatment without their reply, which places my 10-year guarantee at risk.

While the initial process was excellent, the delays, lack of communication, unclear handling of timeframes, and overall experience with the revision process have been extremely disappointing.

Based on my experience, I personally wish I had chosen to invest in a different provider such as Invisalign, as I have realised that choosing a lower-cost option does not always result in better value or service.

Once we became aware of your request, your concern was resolved promptly.

As a small Australian business, we genuinely care about every patient experience, and feedback like this is taken to heart. For that reason, it is disappointing to see a review that does not reflect the level of care and effort we put into supporting you.

Very pleasant experience

I finally have the straight teeth I wanted!

I straighted my teeth with bitesoft a couple of years back and it was a rather seamless and easy process, extremely happy with the overall results and ease of upkeep with purchasing new sets on retainers.
