When i am getting low on food I know I can say need it now and get it the following day. so happy with the quality my dogs look great. I have tried to save money buying cheaper but always come back to AATU I rate AATU highly and tell everyone

I am a monthly subscriber for a dog…
I am a monthly subscriber for a dog food order because the quality and ingredients are excellent for my dogs needs. She loves this pet food and always an empty dish before waiting patiently for her pudding! Kefir and natural yoghurt!
I moved my order date at 7:30pm last night and it has been delivered today at 11:30am. You can’t ask for better service than that. ATTU and DPD. Well done on always providing a very speedy delivery. Most orders are next day delivery.

Fussy dog with loose stools
My dog is very fussy and always had loose bowels. We tried every type of dog food, raw, tinned and cooking it ourselves but no joy. Since he's been on Aatu there is a definite improvement and he loves it.
I do wish it was cheaper and the delivery was free. However it does come on time.

This food is very good quality and my 5…
This food is very good quality and my 5 dogs love it. I previously purchased tinned dog food from another supplier but they started to get a lot of fat at the bottom of the tins. The fish (salmon and tuna) is great for my dog who is getting older now. I also like the fact it’s gluten free too.

AATU is an amazing brand - Thanks Rina!…
AATU is an amazing brand and even the customer service staff are amazing. They don't make a dogs dinner out of it all. They take care of the ordering process and changes needed, you even have subscription options, discounts, collect points for each order and collect points for other things that in turn are used going forward. Their customer service is A1. They are prompt to reply to any concerns or questions you have. Rina at ATTU put an order through ahead of the original subscription date so my dogs could be guaranteed their meals due to
major delivery company (Ama*€%) and my orders were being delivered to untraceable addresses and when they were delivered, the boxes were used as footballs and the tins inside were so damaged they would explode upon opening. This same company has a customer service that quite frankly do not care about the anxiety and stress you go through and their delivery drivers that have been experienced recently are just marking their own homework and are rude. I have now cancelled my subscription with this other company and have moved it directly to AATU where I know my dogs will never be let down in any way shape or form. The delivery is also delivered the next day using a very good reputable company that are also outstanding. 4 paws up for Rina - thanks Rina !

My dogs love AATU food. They have turkey in the morning and salmon in the evening. Setting up subscription was easy, and making changes to it is also very easy. Delivery is quick and efficient. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of food and service I receive.

3 bags of cat wet food have sour taste
3 bags of cat wet food have sour taste. I reflected the problem to AATU food in Mar 2026. They asked me few questions but no reply since then. They sent another email in April to close the enquiry and I replied please keel the case active. They finally replied me in June and ask me to go to see doctor and provide an illness report that related to their products.
I have ordered over £300 wet food from them. I only asked them to refund those bags with problem. Our cat refused to eat those wet food with sour smell so he didn’t impact by those smelly wet food.
They just keep replied their food had no problem. And it is ridiculous that they replied after 3 months and expected me keep those food.
They have stopped the production of cat wet food. I think this is the reason they don’t care anymore as I won’t be their targeted customers anymore.
