Very inflexible company
Very inflexible company. When you subscribe changing or pausing orders because you have built up a surplus is almost impossible and company just make excuses .
Very disappointing as this is a good food who fails to respond to customers wishes

Poor service
The customer service team are excellent at talking down to customers. I placed an order but the catfood wasn't sent. Apparently they don't have my catfood in stock, so why did they take my money. Plus, after much chasing, they're in no rush to refund. It's been a poor end to our long relationship. Shame on you.

I never heard of the brand until it was posted on “too good to waste”.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for, as the saying goes. This is good quality tinned food with no hidden fillers, and our dogs are very happy on it. To ameliorate the cost a little, they get ‘ordinary’ tinned food every few days to no ill effect.
