I bought an impeller pump - didn't get it installed within warranty. After assembly and start-up it was leaking at first start. I received 2 new sealing rings - still leaking.
The product was a bit crappy and there was no more help to find.
I subsequently made a 1-star review of the product itself, but they deleted it..... what the hell is the review function worth if they just delete the bad ones.

I placed an order on 18 May 2026 and paid €1,293.93 in full. Several items were never delivered. After waiting well beyond the agreed 4–5 day delivery window, I cancelled the undelivered items and requested a refund. AB Marine initially acknowledged a refund was owed, then reversed this position, citing internal time and effort as justification for keeping my money. I have now filed formal complaints with the ACM and the European Consumer Centre. Disappointing experience — happy to update this review if the matter is resolved.

Ich hatte spät gemerkt, dass Ich eine neue Opferanode brauchte und diese bestellt. Leider ist ein Fehler passiert und GLS lieferte das Paket drei Tage lang nicht aus, obwohl es im nahegelegenen Depot lag. Das war zwar sehr frustrierend und mein Krantermin ist zweimal geplatzt, aber gleichzeitig ist das Team von AB Marineservice vorbildlich und engagiert damit umgegangen. Auf meine Emails wurde stets unverzüglich geantwortet und es war klar, dass alles getan wurde um das Problem bei GLS zu beheben. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort kaufen.
