Fast delivery, good quality merch

Updated feedback, due to excellent response from Abandon-ship.

I returned my order on 10/05/23 via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. The parcel was delivered 11/05/23. However, received no contact from Abandon Ship regarding my refund. I have now emailed Abandon Ship twice to ask when they will process my refund and they still have neither responded to either email, neither provided a refund.

Since Abandon-Ship have responded I have to say that speed of reaction and communication from Matt has been superb.

I have to also admit that I did not use the online return form, I although I did leave my order number in the bag. But note to myself for future.

And the bag was delivered to the address next door (Royal Mail issue).

Matt's response was genuine, not just a standard auto template type most companies inflict on us these days. Discount code offered without having to ask!

Thank you Matt. All I'd ask is that the general Abandon Ship email address is better monitored, but I cannot fault your response, or reaction so my 1 star review goes to 5.

[Read updates at the bottom] Really poor communications. I've bought from Abandon Ship numerous times over the years, but as soon as I had a problem with an order I got total silence through both official email and social media.
I returned an item according to the refund policy and never heard back, and a cap I bought was coming apart at the seams and again, no acknowledgement. Shame as I'd always liked the designs etc.

UPDATE: The refund was processed after this review had dropped in and it turned out I also hadn't done a form which was on the website, but had written on paper all the info and order references.
Matt was apologetic for the delay on email as he had been away and I politely suggested he popped an out of office in future so you don't feel ignored whole responses are being made.

I love the designs and the rebellious nature of this company. Products are unique and fun with a badass attitude. Great quality and arrives fast with good communication. I've bought quite a few things now and always been really happy. ☠️☠️☠️

The tshirt I had my eye on was to be discontinued, gave them a message and they sorted me out! Top customer service, fast delivery, great quality! Thank you 😁

Wasn’t a great fit.. ordered the largest size they do… didn’t come close to the sizes and dimensions given and not a great print quality…. Plus it took forever to arrive.

Shame as I loved the design

Ordered over Christmas and the visibility and communication was brilliant. I was updated every step of the way (especially with the delays due to postal strikes) and received top quality items. The detail in the “Abandon the Indoors” items was amazing. Will 100% be ordering again in the near future. Thank you!!

Everytime I order goods on Abandon Ship, I receive it a week later and the quality of the products is crazy !
