Glass was not round, but a squished oval.
It wasn't entirely great! The glass is beautiful, BUT it i not round, more likea squished oval. For $155 pluw $40 shipping, expected a round glass. Please sen me a new one.

Customer service as it used to be
I'm not sure what I'm most impressed with: the Cliousclat pasta bowls, which are simply beautiful, or the quality of the customer service, which is exemplary. I was unhappy with the quality of one of the bowls and, on receipt of a photograph of the said bowl, the Customer Operations Manager agreed to send a replacement immediately. It's the kind of customer service one dreams of but rarely finds nowadays.

Not even close to the color represented. The platter was turquoise blue rather than the green in the photos. I realize there are limitations to online representations of color, but this was way off.
