WE PICKED UP A WASHING MACHINE AND GIVEN A 90 DAY WARRANTY. 30 DAYS IN, WE CALLED FOR REPAIRS.....ADVISED A $99 TRIP CHARGE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T "DELIVER" IT. SO THE 90 DAY WARRANTY "S T I N K S"....!!!!
Helio did a great job fixing my refrigerator. He was quick and precise. I would definitely recommend him. If you’re looking for a great technician he good and honest
This man is ethical, upfront, and honest. I highly recommend him. Although he didn't do the repair, he was able to assist me over the phone with upfront and honest answers to my questions. I was able to remedy the issue with my washing machine myself. Fantastic customer service! I also want to add that he came highly recommended to me by a Free Mason Brother, which I knew meant he was a good man, and he ran a good and honest business.
Crooks and scammers. They will charge to come out and then gouge you on the part. Have a Samsung smart refrigerator and they sent a tech out and gave me a price of $485.00 for a part. Called Flash Home Repairs and no charge to come out and $127.00 for the part. They also had the wrong part. I spoke with the owner and told him I wanted to get another quote and he said that's fine just know it will be an extra $200.00 to come out ( they are 12 miles away) Stay away they will scam you in the worst way!!!!!!
I had a lightning strike near my house that damaged several appliances. I called Abby to repair a GE dryer.
Helio came out on a Friday and determined the control board was damaged. He ordered the part and returned on Monday to complete the repair.
The repair cost was reasonable and the service Helio provided was exceptional.
I would definitely recommend Abby Appliance for any appliance repair!
