Daniel Silvester, who dealt with our enquiry was extremely helpful, polite and understood our requirements. The policy was explained by him in detail to ensure that we were able to make a good decision. This was concerning an insurance for an unoccupied property awaiting sale.

Shahid was professional and polite throughout. He answered all of my many questions and phoned back the following day to give me time to read through the documents. I had further questions which he was able to answer, providing written clarification as requested.
There was no hard sell that you often get with insurance quotes.

Shahid was pleasant and not pushy. The price was good and had the added bonus of more than 30 days unoccupied. Hopefully I won’t have to use it but it was a nice little extra on the policy. I will definitely use Abcord again.
