Excellent service by the delivery team

I came across Abitare by searching Italian brands online. We were looking for a chaise longue, so we gave them a call to ask if they had the one we liked in the store. They did, so we visited and the experience was great. Meghan welcomed us and answered all our questions; Meghan took the time and was patient. We were able to sit and try different pieces, feel the textures and see all the swatches at our own pace. The store is like an art gallery, they even sell paintings. The atmosphere is relaxed, we walked around and saw many nice dining tables, sideboards, chairs, etc. In the end, we placed our order and everything was easy. We got all the information we needed including delivery times (it took a bit since it’s made in Italy). We visited the store again to pay the balance and it was nice to have a chat with Meghan, who really made a difference in our whole experience. We’re happy with our chair and ottoman, and we’ll order again from them. If you are planning to get a new addition to your home, I strongly recommend visiting Abitare. It’d give you perspective and staff are really helpful giving ideas. The in-store experience in Abitare is fantastic.
