Poor quality , no response from company

We can confirm that your email was received on 4 January during the New Year closure period. As communicated via our auto-reply, messages were responded to in date order once we reopened. Before we had the opportunity to reply, this review was posted stating that no response had been given, which is not an accurate reflection of the timeline.

We have since contacted you directly and offered a full refund upon return of the item, including a complimentary return label.

We take quality matters seriously and address all genuine issues fairly and professionally.

Excellent items and customer service

I ordered an initial necklace and bracelet for a Christmas gift. They both arrived quickly and were so lovely. However on opening the bracelet I had measured wrong and it was too long. I emailed and the reply came back on Boxing Day, they told me to return the bracelet and they would shorten the length for me. All I had to pay was the return postage cost. I sent it off and it arrived back to me within two days absolutely perfect. Both items are so pretty and really good quality and I would definitely recommend. The customer service could not have been better. Absolutely excellent I am so pleased.

Disgraceful product & service

I ordered a personalised necklace as a Christmas gift for my wife-to-be. When it arrived, I was shocked by the condition.
Within 15 minutes of delivery, I emailed the company because:
The birthstone was already missing from the setting
The necklace was badly scratched straight out of the packaging
The item feels extremely poor quality
The necklace was never worn. It was opened, inspected, and immediately found to be faulty. I provided clear photographic evidence showing the missing stone and scratches, with no signs of force or tampering around the stone setting.
Despite this, the company attempted to dispute the fault and has since stopped responding altogether. They are now ignoring emails rather than resolving the issue or issuing a refund.
Personalised items are not exempt from consumer law when they arrive faulty, yet this company seems unwilling to honour basic consumer rights.
This was meant to be a meaningful gift and the experience has been extremely upsetting and disappointing. Based on the poor product quality and lack of customer service, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Avoid this company – poor quality and even worse customer service

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.

After receiving a personalised necklace as a gift, I paid £31 for a replacement when it broke after just over a year, even though it was out of warranty, I still wanted the piece and accepted their goodwill offer.

The replacement I received was faulty (the name was misspelled), and despite being polite and patient in requesting a corrected version and a refund for the inconvenience, I was met with a dismissive and defensive attitude.

When I asked to escalate the issue and mentioned I would leave an honest review if it wasn’t resolved, they abruptly cancelled my order, issued a refund, and accused me of “threatening” them, all because I calmly expressed disappointment with how they handled a mistake that was entirely their own.

This is not how a professional or customer-focused business behaves. The jewellery may look nice, but the quality is questionable, and the customer service is genuinely some of the worst I’ve experienced.

There are many better independent jewellery brands out there, I’d recommend spending your money with one that values its customers.

Dear Mrs C,

Your original necklace was purchased over 14 months ago, well outside our 3-month warranty period. Despite this, we offered to remake it at half price (£31) as a gesture of goodwill, even though silver prices had risen by more than 80% since your order.

A minor human error occurred on the replacement, and we immediately offered to remake it and upgrade your delivery at no cost. You then requested both a full refund and a new necklace, which is not a fair or reasonable expectation under any retail policy.

We therefore issued you a full refund and closed the case. You were fully reimbursed and not left out of pocket.

We always strive to act fairly and generously towards our customers, but we cannot agree to demands that go beyond reasonable standards — something no reputable business would accept.

I got a handwriting bracelet in memory of my mum, they took great care of the design and contacted me at every stage to make sure it was perfect and it is.

Beautiful gift, wonderful service

I ordered an engraved heart pendant from Abiza as a birthday gift and when it failed to turn up by the specified date I contacted Abiza and was immediately offered another at no extra charge (except £4 if I wanted it tracked) and it arrived promptly. The pendant is beautiful and I’m sure the recipient will love it. Great service

Discoloured in 2 months

Had my necklace which was a Mother’s Day present for two months and it has already discoloured. Gone from gold to literally silver. Never ever had this issue with other companies so the fact they are advertising this as ‘waterproof’ and ‘tarnish free’ is a complete lie. No refund or even a replacement offered. Will 100% not be ordering from this site again. £55 down the drain!

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the item purchased was not one of our waterproof or tarnish-free designs. It was never advertised as such. These specific features only apply to selected collections and are clearly stated on the relevant product pages. Unfortunately, you might have missed that.

Our gold-plated pieces are made with high-quality materials, but like all plated jewellery, they do require gentle care and should be kept away from water, perfume, and lotions to preserve their finish. If the piece was worn assuming it was waterproof, this would unfortunately explain the discolouration.

Abiza were brilliant. What I wanted I didn't see listed as an option so I dropped them an email to see if they could fore-fill my requests ( I had a few!). They replied promptly saying they could and even sent me a proof before hand. I am so pleased with it. The quality is great and was also a speedy delivery and reasonably priced compared to others I have seen too. Would highly recommend

Royal Mail had failed to deliver my item in time for my daughters birthday.

I emailed Abiza about 13:30 on a Friday to explain this and with no fuss they ensured my item was delivered by Saturday morning.

Abiza Jewellery - I cannot thank you enough. The customer service and support has been incredible! I ordered a personalised necklace for my sister which unfortunately broke after 2.5 years, I reached out and communicated with Abiza who have been so amazing and In no time at all my sister had a beautiful personalised necklace back on but with new and improved material which is a lot more durable but still so elegant. Would always recommend Abiza Jewellery.

Absolutely gorgeous personalised…

Absolutely gorgeous personalised necklace as a gift for my friend, it has all her children's first initial on it and her partners.

The customer service from Abiza was absolutely outstanding, I had made an error on the charms, and they helped me get this corrected so quickly with clear and fast communication.

I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Poor customer service - Don’t bother!

I’ve previously ordered gemstone bracelets and necklaces from Abiza in the past and have loved their jewellery. On this occasion I ordered an angel number necklace as a gift but when it arrived, it unfortunately didn’t look as I expected and was larger than I wanted. I emailed customer service to arrange a refund and received quite a curt reply basically telling me that the item was personalised and therefore non-refundable. I could understand if the necklace was personalised with a specific name or date meaningful to the recipient, but this was a standard necklace ordered from their website. I’m disappointed not only with their response, but the tone of their reply and as much as I love the pieces I’ve bought in the past, I sadly won’t be shopping there, or recommending them again in future.

Update: In response to my email, I received a second reply even more dismissive than the first. This clearly isn’t a company that cares about helping its customers or their reputation based on their attitude. Avoid at all costs! I definitely won’t be buying from them again.
