What an amazing family run company, I can’t fault them at all , I work for Mencap and have used them numerous times for appropriate beds and chairs for our service users , so when my mum came to visit from South Wales to Poole, I suggested we go have a look at their recliner chairs , after finding a chair that suited my mum perfectly, they only offered to DELIVER it to SOUTH WALES with just a minimal charge, and so they did , No hassle , no issues , I can’t thank the guys soooo much for what they did for my mum today , but also for providing the furniture to the guys I support through Mencap, this is a truly honest review,, Thank You So Much You All Are Amazing xxxx By the way this is for the company in Kinson Poole Dorset , once again thank you guys xxx

ABLEWORLD……. BEST EVER FOR US?
My daughter took me to Kinson today, to enquire about a scooter which will enable me to be more mobile, and help her to also engage in fixing an easy to place scooter in the car. ( Look out Poole and the rest of Dorset, here we come. )
We were immediately dealt with the staff who were most polite, and obliging, going over various articles that were dissembled and replaced accordingly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to advise anyone, to take advantage of joining potential customers looking to purchase such as we did. Full marks to Chris and staff, in Kinson.

Excellent experience at this Ableworld outlet in Bournemouth. Both Chris and Dave went above and beyond to help with my specific item.
I have now purchased a mobility scooter and a self propelled wheelchair and both of excellent quality and suitable for my needs.

The service provided by the Kinson store staff was excellent. We had a scooter that hadn’t been used in 5 years and also had a part missing. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and had our broken mobility scooter fixed and ready for collection in under 24 hours and at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely great service. Chris and Kevin were so friendly and patient spending time with my elderly mum explaining how the wheeled trolley worked. Nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend.
