We were attended to by William and he dealt with us in a professional manner in showing us the mobility scooters that might suit my needs. He explained everything I needed to know and demonstrated the scooter that suited my needs. He demonstrated the extras that I might need, insurance, safety lock etc. and was helpful in a pleasant manner.

Excellent service
I went to buy a wheelchair for my husband, the lovely person that helped me clearly demonstrated models, even saying i could try it with her in it to see what it was like to push. The service in ableworld colchester is always amazing, very helpful without trying to push you to a more expensive item. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop

Absolute customer service 👏👏👏
The knowledge and assistance from staff , not pushy in any way and able to guide me very well as to what I needed and also advise other products available without any pressure . Such an easy store to navigate , depending on mobility , equipment available for ease of browsing whether that be a wheelchair , walking aid or just a friendly knowledgeable ear , never used the store before but will be my first port of call should I need something else 👏👏👏

One staff member's attitude was very unhelpful!
The attitude of one staff member wasn't very helpful he said " that's above my pay grade."
All he had to do was check my name on an item, how hard was that. They seem to have lots of staff, some are very busy while others don't seem to be doing very much. Maybe this guy was an apprentice? It was a bad look for the company, this guy definitely needs customer service training. Company and rest of staff were very good.

Hopefully this addition will help my wife …
Unfortunately with my wife been diagnosed for Alzheimer's we needed and hopefully need to get her up stairs and Ambleworld who are local to us came to our rescue and fitted a stairlift for us. Fitted in a few hours and explained all controls etc.very professionally

Melissa and the other staff were fantastic! Throughly explained everything to my parents, Melissa was very patient and attentive from walking through the door to loading the scooter into the car it was a very positive experience!

Absolutely recommend!
Honestly, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable!
They demo’d the scooter which was perfect for what we needed it for (Jimmy’s Farm).
They helped us get the scooter into the car and offered to help get it out.
The process was so simple and the refund of the damage deposit was quick and easy.
Will 100% use you again!
