We have our own own lawyers, legal team and chartered accountants to offer and provide complete service packages which includes a Name Search services, Name reservation services, Corporation’s Name Approval, CRA Business Number Registration, Setting up corporate tax account, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario, payroll account set up, import-export account set up, corporate & business seals, domain name registration and share certificates. Our legal team prepares the article of incorporation (standard or customized), By-laws for corporations and non-profits, resolutions and minutes and all other legal documents for the corporation.
