Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. We take concerns about withdrawals very seriously and would like to look into this properly.

We were unable to identify your account from your review name alone. Please email us at support@abselmarkets.com with your registered email address or MT5 account number, and our team will review your withdrawal requests and give you a clear explanation for each one.

For transparency, withdrawals are processed Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (UAE time), subject to account verification (KYC) and standard compliance checks. When a request is not approved, it is usually because of pending or incomplete verification documents, a mismatch between the deposit and withdrawal method or name, or open positions or margin requirements on the account. In each case, our team will tell you exactly what's needed so the withdrawal can go through.

Regarding the deposit bonus, bonuses are subject to eligibility conditions (for example, bank wire deposits and Cent accounts are not eligible). We'll gladly check whether your deposit qualified and help you with the claim if it did.

Your funds are held in segregated client accounts, and we are committed to resolving this for you. We look forward to hearing from you.

Absel Markets Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius (Licence No. GB25205423). Client funds are held in segregated client accounts, separate from company funds. We do not hold or withhold client money without a documented reason under our Client Agreement. Any action taken on an account is communicated to the client along with the reason and the relevant terms.

If, after our review, you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint through our formal complaints procedure. You may also refer the matter to the FSC Mauritius.

We invite you to contact us directly so this can be resolved properly.

We couldn't locate your account from the details in your review. Please write to support@abselmarkets.com with your registered email address or MT5 account number. Our withdrawals team will go through each of your requests and send you a written explanation, including exactly what's needed for them to be processed.

Withdrawal requests are handled Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (UAE time), and approved requests are processed the same day. Requests are usually put on hold for one of three reasons: incomplete account verification, a withdrawal method that doesn't match the deposit method, or insufficient free margin on the account. All of these can be resolved quickly once we're in touch.

We're sorry to see this review. Since you mention that several of your clients are affected, we'd like to review each case with you directly.

Please email support@abselmarkets.com with your IB/partner account details and the MT5 account numbers of the clients concerned. We will check every withdrawal request involved and give you a written status for each one, including the reason for any cancellation and what is needed to complete it.

All reviews on this page are from genuine users. We do not ask for, pay for, or write reviews ourselves. Withdrawals are processed the same day during working hours, subject to account verification and our Client Agreement. Deposited capital is always returned to the client through the approved withdrawal method.

Hello, we're sorry to hear about your frustration, but there is a clear reason for this decision. Our Risk Management team identified abusive trading practices on your account, including latency arbitrage and gap trading. These are strictly not permitted under our liquidity provider trading policy and Client Agreement. As a result, your withdrawal has been placed on hold pending review. We apply this policy consistently to protect a fair trading environment for all clients. Please reach out to support@abselmarkets.com with your account details and we'll walk you through the review.
