We were looking for a way to enable our employees to create recurring absence notifications, as this is not possible in Outlook.
With absentify, not only is this possible automatically, but we also received a sophisticated and highly flexible absence management software.

We're a small non-profit and Absentify has been exactly what we needed for managing our leave tracking efficiently. It has helped cut out a lot of admin around annual leave which has been beneficial to all staff. It is user friendly from a staff point of view.

I work for an SME and this app is a great fit for purpose. It has more or less everything that you could need for absence monitoring/recording purposes. There is room for improvement, however Absentify are very transparent with their development roadmap and appear to value customer feedback as part of their development cycle. Inexpensive platform and very user friendly. Give it a go!

Weg mit den Karteikarten!!! Absentify ist eine gutdurchdachte Softwarelösung, um den Urlaubsgenehmigungsprozess über unsere weitverteilten Standorte effizient und fehlerfrei zu gestalten. Durch die Einbindung in Microsoft 365, Outlook und Teams sind die Abwesenheiten der Mitarbeiter für unsere Einrichtungsleiter und die Geschäftsleitung übersichtlich und die Personalabteilung spart sich die umständliche Excel-Tabellenführung. Durch die einfache Handhabung ist es auch für nicht so EDV-affine Mitarbeiter bzw. Mitarbeiter ohne PC-Arbeitsplatz komplikationslos nutzbar.

As Deputy Head at a Maltese secondary school (circa 80 teachers), I’ve used Absentify for the past year to manage staff leave. It has streamlined our processes significantly: clear leave categories, carry-forward handling, sensible approval workflows, and department structures that mirror our organisation. It’s intuitive for both admins and staff, reduces errors, and gives me the visibility I need for planning and cover. A reliable, straightforward solution—highly recommended.

Why did they change the calender?
Before it was display from 1st until 30th/31st.

Now it says 18/07/2025 to 12/07/2025 with arrows on each side that do not help, it just makes things worse.
What is this nonsense? show me the entire month in a row please. Do not change things that are not broken. It was so much better before
