My driver was all around a good person. If i were to ever use you guys again i would request the same driver

The reservation process was great, the representative (Jennifer V) was very prompt and resourceful.

The drivers (Bruny & Eady) arrived well in advance of their scheduled pick up time and were very professional and courteous.

We used Academy for our wedding shuttling needs. They did a great job and got everyone where they needed to be! They were on-time and ready to go when we were...only piece of feedback would be to make sure we are clear on the pick-up location as we weren't totally clear on that (as it was the city and 5:30 p.m. on a Friday) so that created some brief confusion!

Academy was amazing! The driver was wonderful. Everything was on time and fabulous. Getting a quote easy and the contract process was quick.

Just completed a great week working with Academy Bus out of Miami. Sales Representatives Jennifer and Maria took great care of our schedules and were able to make adjustments efficiently. Our driver Joe was superb. On-time, professional, and friendly - Joe even called ahead on his own to ensure his Academy Bus could park at a local restaurant to support one of our social events.

Our driver was 45 minutes late and although we were able to reach the company they did not have a way for us to contact the driver to get an estimated time of arrival.
