Had brilliant service from Acardi
Had brilliant service from Acardi. This is not the first time I have ordered jewellery with them. I ordered the wrong size ring and the customer service team were very helpful and explained that I could order another one free of charge and keep the old one to prevent excess emissions caused by sending the first one back. Overall very happy with the jewellery and the service I received! I will definitely be ordering again.

Not only did they process my return and refund promptly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They even allowed me to keep one of the items as a gift, which truly shows how much they value their customers. I will definitely be shopping with Acardi again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and top-notch service
