Bought the product to be able to leverage 3 screens with my MacM2, which is usually set to only accommodate 2 screens. I reached out to DisplayLink initially, but had a lot of back and forth. Thank goodness the customer service team on Acasis which was very knowledgeable and was able to instruct me on how to set up the screens. 2 cables need to be directly connected from screen to Mac. HDMI to USBC and Hdmi to hdmi with the 3rd screen being on the DisplayLink 6 in 1 dock

Betrugs Firma Artikel kommen alle defekt, wenn man eine Rücksendung beantragt bekommt man eine Random Adresse wo man den Artikel zurücksenden muss in Deutschland am Ende heißt es. Sie haben den Artikel nicht bekommen, obwohl es versichert versendet wurde. Man hat dann kein Geld keine Ware Anzeige läuft

They were responsive with several questions that I had. I think that I will buy a 2nd unit now. Had a question and they answered it within a day , 9/11

as soon as you order something at acasis you loose everything..guarantee, possibility for returning...

Their support doesn't respond to e-mails.
I've purchased an "ACASIS 10Gbps Magnetic Docking Station & SSD Enclosure for iPhone 16 Series × 1" also called EC-1401. It's an external SSD enclosure for iPhones. The problem is that the magnet on the enclosure is so weak it cannot hold the enclosure on the phone. I tried to return it and get a refund but they don't respond to e-mails and also I tried to write to their Facebook Group but there was neither response.
I've also bought the TB501 Pro which is working but the fans are randomly turning on and off after a short time (1-3 seconds). I assume something wrong with the design of these devices (both the TB501 Pro and definitely with EC-1401). Unfortunately there are a lot of Youtube videos where they recommend Acasis products and Acasis have their own Youtube channel where they promote their products. It seems that nobody talks about the problems with Acasis products and how they handling these problems. So as far as my experience all the Acasis products that I tried has faulty design and no customer support. They should be reported to the authorities because of this fraudulent activity.

Do you have too much money? Want to get rid of them for no use?

I bought an item directly from their website. Guess what?
Package arrives and though the box is the correct one, the content is wrong and something else.

No probelm, they will “send the right one.” Except THEY NEVER DID!! No reply. Shitty customer service.

The fan on my Acasis TBU405Plus quit working after seven months. Three emails to them, the last on Oct 15th.
Sent videis of squeaking & intermittent operating fan per request. Zero response.
This product and another of theirs seems to work as designed, but this one failed early.

I have a faulty product that I have been trying to return for 5 months. They asked for detailed descriptions and videos of the product not working. I provided this and more. They say they will email me the address but never do.
Terrible customer service.

Ordered 16 port usb hubs; none of them worked when they were delivered.

DO NOT ORDER on their website; they will not refund you. Try to avoid at all cost.

I bought the Acasis 6-in-1 40Gbps M.2 NVMe Thunderbolt 3/4 USB 4 SSD Case & Dock and this device just doesn't work. It always disconnects the disc and I can't do write/read operations with the disc. I tried with all available computers and the same results. I contacted the support, they asked to provide the video of issue. I made it and sent them. After a week I asked if any progress is there. They replied our technical specialist will check and we inform you about the results. I was waiting 2 weeks and no one contacted me, so I sent them the reminder but honestly I do not expect the reply from them. The mistake what I did in this case is to buy the devices directly by their website. In case aliexpress or ebay I'm still protected by system, here no one can help you anymore. ADVICE: do not buy their products directly from their website and better to find the analogues which available on the market.

I purchased a 1Gb/s fan-equipped enclosure (order ACSP13733) from Acasis website in June 2024 and the unit showed i/o problems. Backups failed 3 times out of 4. I moved my new SSD to another, more reliable, enclosure. Acasis is denying me the return warranty (despite I am within the 30-days). They refuse to have me ship back the product to have it analyzed in their lab. Do not pick this brand or buy on amazon or other reliable vendor who will not question you or deny you service. Shame on you, Acacis!

This company ignored my emails initially, some 5 or 6 attempts to contact them. I had already purchased 5 of their products by this stage.

When they did reply they wanted me to pay for the return of the item despite it being advertised/purchased with free returns.

They then proceeded to ignore me for a further 4 to 5 times until they then decided they were not going to interact any longer. The matter is now being adjudicated by the payment provider.

In addition to the terrible customer service this company consistently rely on false advertising to market their products…

Their Thunderbolt 4 enclosures are actually just compatible with Thunderbolt 4 and only due to Thunderbolt 4 being backward compatible with Thunderbolt 3. The chipsets used are actually Thunderbolt 3 chipsets and as such your device will only ever perform to Thunderbolt 3 capabilities and will only ever negotiate with the host as a Thunderbolt 3 product. The marketing is very misleading as it implies you are getting a Thunderbolt 4 device.

It is a shame they do not upgrade to the Thunderbolt 4 chipset and that they offer such poor customer service as the product really is very good and on par or even better than some of the more mainstream and well known/more established competitors’ products.
