Fabulous Customer Service
Aside from a consistent product, the customer service is what sets this company apart from any other. An email is answered almost instantly. They go out of their way to solve the problem to your satisfaction. They ship the product out very quickly and it is wrapped where there is no chance of breakage.

I used the chat feature to ask a couple of questions which were quickly answered by a real person instead of a bot. I did not expect that. The package arrived on time and I appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions. Looking forward to using this. Thank you.
