We have worked with Ryan and he has been exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and breaks things down in a way that was very understandable. He was extremely patient with my millions of questions and was able to show me documentation that supported his claims. I am a visual learner. Long story short, we have followed the plan with the hopes of paying off our home. We spoke to Ryan about chunking extra payments and he visually demonstrated what we could expect. We have taken a 25 year mortgage down to a 3 year mortgage as long as we keep doing what we learned and are doing. Ryan gave us the blueprint and we ran with it. I won’t lie, I am a very frugal and untrusting person due to the amount of scamming that is so prevalent nowadays. But I quickly learned this is not a scam and me being frugal in many other ways, groceries, utilities (turn off those lights, take a quick shower, shop sales, cook for leftovers, take your lunch, buy off season) has allowed us to kill our mortgage and interest. I Had seen Sam on TV Talking about this a long while ago. I was Skeptical. Back in January I talked to my wife and she said if it doesn't work then it's an education so we signed up. I think the most important thing to remember is that the Accelerated advisers make sure that the program they offer is something that "fits your profile." They have an interest in making sure that this is the case. If they don't, it will lead to unhappy clients! Allow them to see if it can work for you! I had 29 years left on my mortgage (technically 15, because I was paying extra every month). I paid if off after 1.5 years using a combination of savings and income over about 1.5 years. Even if I had not used any of the savings, the payoff would have happened at the end of 3 years.

I can’t remember if I have reviewed Simon Steele before, but I just have to do it again. He is so sweet and helpful, I am really blessed to have him as my coach and advisor. He has taken pity on this elderly, computer challenged investor and has been so patient to help me keep track of my progress on my HELOC loan monthly. He has given me invaluable advice and tips on how to maximize my cash flow, etc. I would be lost without him. Thanks so much Simon Steele! You are truly a gem!

I have been tracking expenses and created a budget to work from which I have never done before. Very eye-opening. I got started with Albert because I refinanced a house I jointly owned with a deceased ex-spouse. I retired in March 2025 and didn't like getting a new 30 year mortgage the same year I retired. Albert got me working with Mikkei and my new 30 yr mortgage will be paid off in about 8 years. I definitely see the benefit of the chunking method on my debt

Mikkei has been phenomenal throughout the HELOC and training process. Very attentive and personable. Yes, I could have set up my own HELOC without the help of Mikkei or the Kwak Brothers program, but I as I know now, I would have made so many costly mistakes and probably would have gone with the wrong bank that didn't have the options that make this process so easy to manage. The additional training about money management and generation creation is awesome, they should teach this stuff in schools. I highly recommend Mikkei and the Kwak Brothers program. It has alleviated so much stress in my life just knowing I have a clear path and I know exactly where my money is going and the value it's now adding to my future.
