this is an absolute scam, please, someone at the country where this company is from take legal actions

Absolutes Betrugsformat!!!!!
Habe 2 Armbänder bestellt. Nach Wochen die Falschen erhalten. Mich beschwert. Die haben es aber nicht eingesehen, mir den Rückversand zu zahlen. Also dann 30€ selbst bezahlt und zurück gesendet. In Hina lag das Paket dann Monatelang Rum, bis es vor 2 Wochen erneut versucht wurde, mir zuzustellen. Ich habe es nicht von der Paketstation abgeholt. Heute erneut versucht, der Postbote meinte er braucht 10€ von mir dafür ! Wenn ich es nicht annehme, wird es irgendwann versteigert bla bla bla, und dann wird es noch teurer für mich!
Also bezahle ich morgen 10€ und habe die Armbänder , die ich nicht wollte, zurück für insgesamt 90€ 😡😡😡😡

Terrible experience in every respect with this company. Very long shipping time. No instructions with the product. Product was very different from what I ordered - total bait and switch. Repeated email exchanges with their Support yielded nothing but frustration. I told them specifically what I needed and they ignored everything I said or suggested. No refund, no sending the correct product, no instruction manual, no explanation for this thing they sent. At one point they offered me $3 as compensation. A complete joke. I rue the day I made the order and did not check up on them first. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star, something like minus 99 stars. Everyone should avoid having anything to do with this company.

Would not recommend it as the product came yesterday and it’s taken over two weeks. It doesn’t fit a normal charger LEAD or iPhone LEAD so that means now you have to purchase a LEAD.

They are scamming people. They advertise a cool product and they end up sending something completely different. I reach out and they offered to give me 3 USD back... stay away....

I did not receive my order and each time I email them, they respond with a tracking number that quit tracking 2 weeks ago. I believe there is no customer service, just a bot. I don’t even know if I believe there’s a company.

I purchased goods from this store with the VIP express delivery option (2-5 days). I receive automatic notifications for 14 days: "We have asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed. But sometimes logistics would have delay. We've urged the update of your order status. Please kindly wait for its delivery."
I wrote to terminate the contract and demanded a refund. The store went silent. Scammers.

A complete scam. They advertise quality products and send you a cheap Chinese copy. Stay clear.

Online SCAM. Orders are not shipped promptly and after weeks of no shipping details, they excuse themselves and re-issue another order? The online SCAM has associated itself with merchandise the are advertised as arriving in days, free shipping, etc. Nothing is further from that story.

Order a CJRB Maileah knife from this organisation in mid April. 6 weeks of emailing back and forth to try and locate my order. Mid June after asking for a refund a Chinese distribution company contacts me with parcel status. Two days later a very cheap Chinese knife arrives, not the CJRB knife that was on my purchase receipt. Company reviewed the photos provided and stated that the item aligned with my purchase. No refund offered. $7USD goodwill gesture offered. Stay away from Acceleriate, they are scammers advertising genuine goods from reputable manufactures, selling fake Chinese rubbish and hiding behind technology.

Order placed on 20 April 2025. First package lost in transit. Second package dispatched 24 May 2025, no tracking information provided. Responses from customer services, pointing at the courier that they employed for transportation.
Trust lost, refund not being provided, looks like I have been scammed by Acceleriate

Denne hjemmeside er fuldstændig falsk. Køb aldrig noget her. De snyder og tager dine penge. Jeg købte en vare til $12,99 med fragt til $5,99. Efter betalingen trak de $23,99 fra mig, uden at jeg ved hvorfor. De trækker pengene med det samme, og det er umuligt at komme i kontakt med dem.
