Scam
I have placed order almost 10 days ago with advance online payment. I have received 0 communication since then. No message, no email, no call. Nothing for almost 10 days. Not even basic on the order confirmation/ expected delivery time/ status of order. Absolutely nothing. I have tried mailing them, calling on the no provided. No response. I think the money is lost. Do not trust this website and do not order from here. This is just a scamming website!

As informed prior to your purchase, Venetian mirrors are made-to-order products and typically require 12–15 working days for dispatch, which is also clearly mentioned on our website.
We noticed that your attempts to reach us were made on non-working days. Our team responded on the very next working day via both email and phone. Additionally, your order has already been successfully delivered within the time frame.
We understand delays can be frustrating, but labeling us as a “scam” is misleading and harms the trust of other customers. We always strive to maintain transparency and deliver as committed.

Don't buy from here ! All False ads
Received only 1 product whereas I ordered 2. When reached out no one replied. Don't buy from them not a genuine provider and even the mirror which we got the wall clamp looked like it was already used

LED bathroom mirror peeling on edges
They’ve sold an LED bathroom mirror which is now peeling on the edges after 6 months of use. The resolution they have provided: discount on the next order or ship the mirror back to them and take it from there. If this is something you’re ready to do - go ahead and purchase and take the risk. I would avoid purchasing a bathroom mirror from here it’s quite inconvenient and not good quality as of my experience

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our team had requested you to return the mirror to our warehouse for a replacement which we agreed to process as an exception, even though our standard return policy is 7 days.

They sent defective mirrors. They said they will replace. Its more than 3 months. Now no one answers the calls or responds on emails

We’re sorry to hear this. As soon as the issue was reported, we sent the replacement parts, which were delivered within 7 days and OTP-verified delivered.
After 6 months, you raised the concern again, but our records confirm successful delivery.
Requesting another replacement after this goes beyond our policy, though we always try to help within our limits.

Absolutely stunning piece of art
Mirror has finally found its way and reached to our room. The order updates were good, we used to get updated related to order in email and WhatsApp until it’s reach its destination.

I have tried other mirrors from glaznoid and other local vendors but their mirror stood first in terms of support (concern regarding shipping and installation) and quality. We have purchased all 10 mirrors for our Villa in Goa and they are looking wonderful. I would recommend everyone to go with their blind eyes
