The application process is simple and it is clear what documents are required to be uploaded for proof of disability and more importantly, how it affects you.
Wetherby Racecourse helped me with the initial application and everything was sorted within two days. I have an Access number but I am still waiting to receive my physical card through the post. It should save lots of time and trouble in the future when purchasing tickets etc

The application was at the peak of the splendor and the response was very, very quick, of course, with the presentation of disability evidence, and now awaiting delivery. We also thank all the staff, administrators, and those in charge of this card for those with special needs.

Contacted regarding my access card and was delighted with the speedy reply and action taken by them to rectify my issue of my possibly deleting my acceptance which was appreciated x

I applied for the card around 8pm in the evening and I received an e mail the next morning saying I had missed one bit of information they needed, I replied and uploaded the document and within 2 hours I had an e mail to say that I had been granted a card, this is the fastest and most efficient service I think I have ever had to use, I wish everyone was as simple as this 😄

We had to go back to the doctor for more information and it took a while to get the appointment. I let them know this and they responded the same day with confirmation. They were brilliant.

After many years of being disabled I recently came across this card. It's opened up my life to new adventures, socialising and fun. They are so helpful, and understanding. Taking you step by step through the forms and procedures. Fantastic and thank you.

Awful company, wouldn’t recommend that make it as difficult as possible to get a card even though provided with proof of disability, blue badge & images in my opinion they are here to make it as difficult as possible and to give out as few cards as possible! I believe that the organisations that they operate at give money to them? I wonder if that is why they make it as difficult as possible to get
