Very quick on dispatching and delivery was next day

Ordered a ps5 in Oct never received it can't get hold of company after sending numerous emails

Had a reply with in an hr of sending review they are very apologetic perhaps I will give benefit of doubt
As they are working hard with just 2 employees

I got my ps5 today with all the problems sony and the big companies are having with the ps5s i was worried my order would not be fulfilled as this is only a small business but the lads at accessories warehouse done everything they could to secure my order and I couldn't be anymore grateful thanks again lads

No fuss at all.
Put my order in, got immediate confirmation and received it 4 days later by a reputable courier and very well packaged.
It may be a small company but it's honest and reliable.
I don't usually leave feedback for anything but after reading all the bad reviews I felt that they were really unfair and damaging and this seller doesn't deserve them.

Rubbish. Pre ordered a pulse headset, was told I would be updated twice and have heard nothing since. The seller has now decided not to respond to me, I could have ordered the item from somewhere else and now I am left with no item and no where I can buy one from. Brilliant.

I found this site, when I was looking for a PS5 and they were out of stock everywhere else. I took the plunge and only afterwards saw some of the reviews. I believe that this may be a small company (possibly only one person) and that's probably why they struggle with their communication, which would be my only criticism. I placed my order, got immediate confirmation and didn't hear anything until a day or so before release and I got an email saying my delivery was due on the same day as the release date. It wasn't clear whether it was the PS5 (because we'd done a lot of online orders due to lockdown) or whether it was from this company. I needn't have worried, as it was delivered on release date, packaged well and delivered by a reputable courier. I didn't think the lack of communication should detract from my feedback, although if I'd tried to make contact and hadn't got a reply, I could see why it would cause anxiety to other reviewers.

First class service and very responsive to any queries that I had. honest and reliable company

Whilst initial communication was great since asking for a refund due to delay I. Shipping and being able to buy product elsewhere I have had nothing after a few attempts to request a refund. I have been left with no choice but to contact my bank and make enquires with trading standards. If anyone from accessories warehouse sees this year order number is 1605 and would like a refund.

Ordered PS5 CONSOLE on 21st Sept. Not received despite emailing and messaging numerous times. If there had been the decency of reply with an expectation it would have been something. Absolutely awful service and now asking credit card supplier to obtain a refund of the monies taken on day of order - order #1413
