I applied for a rent to buy scheme for an apartment and sent over all documents on the 15th of July. The paper requirements were over the top and took a lot of effort to sort out. On the 25th of July (8th of August as I write this) I heard last from them after being reassured on the phone that everything looks good with my application.

It's been two whole weeks and I can't get in touch with them at all, no email replies, the phone is always busy, they never call back.

I've not been warned about the whole process taking this long or that it's impossible to get in tocuh and ask for an update on something this important.

All I need is to be kept informed on my application status which takes less than a 5 minute email.

*Update* I received a call this morning (9th of August) with an update about the application and some more information to clearify everything, after leaving the review. That little bit of information and reassurance was honestly all that was needed, thank you.

**Update** Everything has been smooth after last update and I have moved in. Pretty pleased with everything since then! If it wasn't for that initial experience I would have left 5 stars.

As a first time landlord I had no knowledge or experience of the process of letting out a property, however Accomodation.co.uk and in particular David Conti have made it so straightforward!

Accomodation have been excellent with providing information and support via their website, emails and messaging and David has always been quick to contact me about each step in the process and what I needed to do. He was also always easy to contact and quick to respond, unlike some companies who require A LOT of chasing!

From our first meeting I felt reassured that David knew the area well and would find the right tenants for me (which he has now done) and it all happened much quicker than I anticipated it would, which was great!

I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone letting a property (which I have already done) and will certainly be staying with them for the duration of my time as a landlord.

Excellent service concerning our first change of tenants since being with Accommodation.co.uk. Always kept up to date and we secured new tenants without any void period. We feel very confident that the process is working smoothly without need to keep chasing or making enquiries. No complaints. Brooke and Maz always respond quickly if there are any questions.

We recently signed for a property in Liverpool. The turn around was extremely quick. Helen was always so happy to help. Very quick with responses. Made the whole processes a lot smoother and a lot quicker. Zoe was also very friendly when viewing the property!

After waiting for 2 weeks for someone to view the house and discuss the starting stages with me just for the appointment to be cancelled is very poor compared to the other companies I've talked to.

Called the number on the website but had no answer or call back. I also called Brooke (the person I as to be meeting with) but there was no answer.

Some of the emails I received had grammar mistakes not a massive thing but it didn't look very professional.

All in all it didn't fill me with a lot of hope that both my needs and the tenant's needs would be met.

Amazing service! Amun has gone above and beyond to help in finding me tenants and getting them in as soon as possible. As well as it moving along quickly, Amun is very very resourceful and has helped time and again to find solutions to any issues that came up in the process! Costs are also really reasonable. I will definitely be working with Amun again in my next property purchase.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency, particularly with an agent named Brooke. She scheduled an appointment with me and then canceled it several times. Each time I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the new appointment, only to have it canceled again without a valid reason. This pattern of behavior shows a lack of professionalism and respect for clients' time. I expected better service and reliability from a professional agency. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down. I hope they can improve their scheduling and communication practices in the future.

Had Sammy as the local agent and Chelsea as the property manager. Can’t fault Chelsea but my experience with Sammy had been disappointing at first unfortunately.

Update 11/07/2024: I have had discussions with the agency (Sammy) and managers (Scott and Chelsea) of my property and was pleased and impressed that they picked up quickly on my feedback and the service has been much better since. I am pleased to work with them and looking forward to working with them in the future. I feel that my property is in safe hands now.
