My husbands account was closed in…
My husbands account was closed in October because bancorp was no longer doing Business with this prepaid company. First we were never notified didn't find out til I went to pay for groceries. They asked for verification of identity and address and then still sent check to wrong address in December. Called them cause we didn't get check. That's when I knew of wrong address, then had to resend same docs that originally had the right address again. In December for weeks later to be hold that they are still waiting on status of check. Same thing every time, that they are sending follow up to find out status. We are now in March and once again waiting on status of check after call today
