Scam. Zugang und Game nicht erhalten.

7 Euros for an Account with a Game I wanted. Got Password and Account name to log in. In the sent Account I did not find the Game. Also, the Family Pin was enabled, meaning thePassword couldn't be changed, which means that my Account could easily be taken away from me again and sold to someone else entirely. Refunds were not even possible and the Support function didn't work.

Ich habe 7 Euro für einen Account mit einem gewünschten Spiel bezahlt. Ich erhielt Passwort und Accountnamen zum Einloggen. Im Account war das Spiel jedoch nicht vorhanden. Außerdem war die Familien-PIN aktiviert, was bedeutete, dass das Passwort nicht geändert werden konnte. Dadurch hätte mein Account leicht wieder in fremde Hände geraten und an jemand anderen verkauft werden können. Eine Rückerstattung war nicht möglich und der Support funktionierte nicht.

Ich habe im Mai 2022 einen Account (Bestellung #26751) bei accounts4u erworben. Nach einem Hardware-Wechsel benötige ich nun einen Verifizierungscode, der an die vom Verkäufer erstellte E-Mail-Adresse gesendet wurde.

Anstatt mir den Zugang zu ermöglichen, verweigert der Support jegliche Hilfe mit der Begründung, man habe keinen Zugriff auf Altdaten. Besonders erschreckend war die Kommunikation im Live-Chat: Nachdem ich auf meine Käuferrechte hingewiesen habe, wurde ich vom Support-Mitarbeiter aufgrund meiner Herkunft als Europäer beleidigt und diskriminiert.

Seitdem wird jegliche Kommunikation ignoriert, und das Chat-Fenster wurde für mich offenbar blockiert. Wer Wert auf Professionalität, Support und einen respektvollen Umgang legt, sollte diesen Shop meiden. Sobald Probleme auftreten, steht man alleine da.

Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder. Absolut unseriös nach dem Inhaberwechsel.

The “account” I received was already being used by many other people at the same time, making it impossible to play. This is not a real product — it’s a stolen or shared account they sell over and over again.

Their support never replies. They take your money and disappear.

The payment was processed by ACCOUNTSTORE4U LLC (Sharjah, UAE), which is highly suspicious.
After realizing the fraud, I filed a criminal complaint for internet fraud and started a chargeback with my bank. Authorities have been notified.

This website is fraudulent, dishonest, and dangerous.
Do NOT trust them. Avoid at all costs.

Die Keys funktionieren nicht und die auf der Homepage angegebene Adresse zur Kontaktaufnahme existiert nicht. Über den Chat antwortet auch keiner.

I tryed to buy fc26 and still recived no account after nearly 24 hours. The Support email doesnt exist and the live chat closed after 30 min without even a Response. Im am pretty disappointed because it says the delivery will be after a few Minutes but still nothing
