I can not recommend Accro Careline highly enough. If only all service could be like this. Such care and attention was taken at every stage and the finished product has genuinely surpassed all my expectations.

I cannot fault this company - communication has been first class and the product was excellent. They have gone out of their way to help in extremely difficult circumstances - I wish every company had the same ethos and customer care as this company.

I was given Accro Clearline's contact details because my relative is in a nursing home receiving care for a terminal illness. She was not able to take part in many activities or leave her room very much, because of safety. she didn't have a chair that was suitable for her condition. After my husband spoke to Colin, we were impressed by his product knowledge, he swiftly arranged a visit to the nursing home to see how he could help. He followed all Covid restrictions and was very professional in fitting my relative for a refurbished specialised chair. The chair has been a godsend to her, and she is far more comfortable and sociable now that she can join in more at her nursing home.
