Acculynx is great at keeping us organized. I love the labor documents section - I load my crews and subcontractors paperwork and enter the expiration date - and Acculynx lets me know when it's expired!
Also love the permit tracking feature - I know where we are and what inspections are needed

Man we’ve tried soooo many other systems and they are either missing one or two things, too complicated, or just flat out suck. This system is great. Only issues I’ve had so far were user error and I’ve been able to work those out.

They do not clarify all the costs from the beginning. They offer what they do not give

Love the integration with supply houses and there is a place to put everything including every document.

Acculynx makes quoting, invoicing and communicating with customers super easy. I'm not crazy when there is something new implemented on the app and it ends up costing us more $$.

I've enjoyed all the features and tools AccuLynx has. It really does everything they say and more. It can be custom with your workflows and it does take some time to build it out but it will make things a lot easier in the long run. The only draw back is the price of the product compared to other CRM's.

Spoke with Heather today for assistance in creating an estimate as the program is new to me. She was very patient/polite/instructive/detailed. Walked me thru every step and allowed me to re-walk thru everything to make sure I understood every detail/step. Steps were easy to follow and some self- explanatory! I am new to this program and my employer likes it as well as they used a different program previously. Truly a pleasure working with her! Kudos to Heather!!!

I like this program it is easy to use one of the best features I use is I can take photos right in the customer’s file no more plugging up my photo reel.

Acculynx definitely has its advantages. I have preferences and they’re typically able to meet them and provide quality customer service.

The company really is so fluid with everything they can help you accomplish as a roofer. Really good customer support and they provide great trainings. Loving it for my team!

Acculynx is a great software program that has been so helpful for the roofing company I work for to become organized and work more efficiently. I can’t recommend it enough. Very practical and easy to use!

We were offered a trial period for $319. We were charged $1150 instead, after canceling on day 30 we were charged again $1150. I get emails for upgrades to product I cancelled. They will not call you back, I was told there was no billing department to speak to. Every email I send says the problem is resolved. Their product might be ok, but their billing is horrible. They still owe us a refund and refulse to communicate. Buyer beware.

Do not use this CRM it's trash and super expensive. Hidden fees and now they will not let me in my account. He could have cared less

Working well, one suggestion, in the mobile app when I am looking at several of our appointments, I cannot tell which are mine and which are other employees. Can you color code like you do in the main app?

AccuLynx is by far the best system to use for contractors. We have had every aspect of a job captured correctly when using AccuLynx. The program is very user friendly and helpful. If there is every a question our team has, AccuLynx's team is ready to answer us. We use the smart doc feature will all of our clients and they love it as well.

Our company would not run half as smoothly without this software. We are overall very satisfied.

So far I think it does the basics fairly well but I am not a fan of the lack of customization options. There is no easy way to adjust work orders and material orders to reflect the actual numbers after the job is complete. No option for separate invoice for HO and insurance. The messaging and notifications are clunky and don't take you to the last message sent/received. It will track text messages but won't track calls made out of the app. Too many little things that are common sense that aren't done that could very easily be fixed.

I appreciate this app. It's so detailed and perfect for a business.
