Sorry to hear that — we understand how frustrating this is.
In most cases, Google Play gift card issues are caused by a region mismatch. Google Play codes only work if the country of the gift card matches the country set on your Google Play account. Even if the code is valid, it won’t redeem if the regions don’t match — this is a restriction set by Google, not ACEB.
Please double-check:
Your Google Play account country
The country of the gift card you purchased
If everything matches and the code still doesn’t work, reply here or contact us directly and we’ll investigate immediately and help you with a solution.
