Ace Golf bends over backward to make their customers happy. I've never dealt with this support from other companies. I purchased a Christmas sweatshirt from another company that offered refunds or exchanges. I got nothing from this company other than a headache. All I wanted was to exchange my purchase, but that never happened. I appreciate the integrity of Ace Golf.

Not only did company respond quickly but I was offered refund very quickly. I also loved the fact they had more than just refund option. Excellent company to deal with thank you. I love my leopard print sweatshirt.

I ordered two shirts from Acegolf. I was looking around for UPF long sleeve shirts to avoid too much sun on the course. Other shirts I saw were much more expensive and kinda bland. These shirts looked fun and very colorful. I was a little leery to order but read about their commitment to customer service, so I took a chance. One of the shirts was not the color that it appeared to be in the picture and it looked like they sent me a different color. I sent an email asking for an exchange, which was answered almost immediately. Jazel went above and beyond, letting me know that she could not guarantee the color would be what I expected even if exchanged. She gave me several options, including returning for a full refund, getting 50% off the product or exchanging for a different product. I decided to exchange for another shirt, which she took care of immediately and then told me that there was no need to return the original shirt, which was still very nice even if not the exact color I wanted. The fit and quality of the shirts is really good and their prices are super reasonable. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend the company and the clothing to other women golfers.

Ich verstehe nicht wie diese Firma so hoch bewertet wurde! Rücksendungen müssen nach Singapur auf eigene Kosten geschickt werden. Ich habe leider nicht die Rücksendebedingungen vorher durchgelesen weil der Laden seriös rüber kam. Blöder Anfänger Fehler meinerseits.

I needed to exchange a pair of the 28 inch eagle golf pants and I worked with Kenxi to get that done. The service this company offers is absolutely excellent and they work very hard to resolve any issues you might have. Beyond that the product is so incredibly comfortable and it really bridged for me the style gap between jeans and yoga pants for going out and about ;)

Great customer support! Estella was particularly helpful and impressive. I had to return two recently purchased items (they were too long for me), they were not only courteous, but also accommodating. A great company to deal with Estela at customer services was excellent the products are very good but they do come up on the large side though so bear in mind when ordering I would recommend downsizing one size .
