Back support belt didn’t fit and we want to send back for a refund. They will not give us the address to send back. Calling bank to see if they can reverse charges

The posture product is a fraud and the company rips people off by not accepting returns. The customer service calls my reason for returning - it will not work - a personal reason. The company is a complete fraud, I can understand why it is impossible to contact management: because they are thieves.

Ordered a small Corrective Back Brace using Acemend's sizing chart. When it arrived, it barely went around stomach. Contacted company via website, sent an email and phone call but no response. Finally contacted 3rd party billing platform and got reply from Acemand. Wanted to exchange to the next size. After several emails back and forth, noticed got the round around so am stuck with a useless product. Their Return Policy reads very good but not reality. Will never buy from them again.

I received a broken machine (neck ) and wrote to them minimum a dozen times. They kept asking me to send a video to show it was broken in order to get a replacement. How can I send a video on a broken machine? I wanted a refund and would gladly return the machine. I got countless replies to send a video. They advertise refunds but it is untrue.

I ordered a posture corrector in January, size small. It took 2 weeks to get here and when I opened the package I new immediately it was too small.

I wrote to them immediately and requested a return. Was told that the 14 day return time had run out!!! I told them I had just received the package that day. They said they were sorry and I could exchange it. What a joke. Over the last two weeks I have received 8-10 emails telling me to "respond to the first email" or "please tell us why you are returning the item." I responded to every email and just get the same response as they run out the exchange time frame.

Do not buy from ACEMEND, they are a scam and a rip off. The return email on the package is also pretty bogus: Jerry (001); 9208 Charles Smith Ave; Rancho Cucamonga, US (with the zip code covered up).

Electric Shock Danger! I purchased the 4 in 1 massager and it seemed great at first. But after a month or so it started shocking me when I used the EMS. When I tried to get a replacement from the company, they told me I was past the return window. I explained that it was clearly defective and physically hurting me, but they still refused to give me a replacement. Horrible customer service. BUT AY YOUR OWN RISK!

All I can say is Scam, Scam,Scam!

Received the item, reached out for directions/how to use never heard from them. Requested a return and they said I was passed my 14 days return policy when I was only at day 10. Will never buy from them again

This company Acemend is a disgusting company and please never buy from them ! I hope the company gets shut down ! They sent me this item it didn't work and when I tried to return it they never responded and I never got an address to return to !Theyvare a HORRIBLE company

Do not buy from this company or their products. The back stretcher made my back worse, but they want you to keep trying it. When I went to order the product it appeared they had a 30 day return policy, but when I tried to return it, they told me I had 14 days to return it for a refund. I told them it made my back worse and ended up going to physical therapy. I told them I would provide proof of this from my health care providers. You would think at this point they would want to give me my $50 back and call it good. Oh no, they didn't care. So I told them I'm now asking for compensation for my doctors visit and my PT. I asked several times for a member of their management to contact me. Nothing, zero response. This company has shown to not be reputable and just another scam. I guess they think it's better for them to keep the $50 than to do what's right. I guess $50 is more important than their reputation because their reviews already show that. I hate it when companies take advantage of others and just can't do what's right. So to me it's all about accountability and since I have the money I'm having an attorney look at it. So yes, many people would say it ain't worth it, but it's the principal behind it. They may wish they would have just done what's right to start with. So if you still want to give them a try, by all means go for it. Maybe you will be miraculously cured.

To receive a refund, you need to ship the item to Germany! Horrible customer service do not purchase from this company. Item was cheesy and made in China.

I really regret not researching for a review of this product before purchasing it. I would not have wasted my money if I known it was a bad device. I just finished chatting with I’m sure an IBOT. A never received any instructions with this leg massager. That is what I requested only to be told to pay with my credit card for someone to answer my questions!!!!!!

Beware!!! Their leg massager doesn't work and when you contact them to return the item, they tell you you'll have to ship it to Germany and pay the exorbitant shipping costs for it. Conveniently, when you order, this detail is being left out. Had to dispute with my credit card company.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy from this company. They are not reputable nor trustworthy. They shipped a product to me despite me cancelling the order. Then before the time was sup for me to pick up the item I didn't want, the shipping courier they chose shipped it back to them to the return address on the package. After waiting some time and not receiving an email from them, I reached out. I was told they had to check into it. Then I was told the item had been shipped back to a warehouse they no longer owned. They asked again for my shipping information and said they couldn't give a refund and they would be reshipping. Errors were made by their company. Their customer service is terrible. If the return address on the package was for a place they no longer owned, why was it on the label? They say they have a 30 day refund policy, yet they are refusing to refund my money. Stay far away from this company.

It has helped me tremendously. The first few times I used it, there was some pain but it was worth it. Now I can actually stand up straight and don’t walk hunched over anymore. Well worth the money. Highly recommend this to anyone who has back issues especially sciatica.

Er staat misleidende informatie op de webiste over het cleanse massage apparaat. Daar staat een review van iemand met spataderen. In de beschrijving die meegeleverd wordt staat dat je het apparaat helemaal niet mag gebruiken als je spataderen hebt. Voor niets gekocht dus.

Het pakket is door een medebewoner niet aangenomen en met de koerier mee terug gegeven. Dit heb ik op verschillende manier kenbaar gemaakt aan het bedrijf, maar ze reageren nergens op. Geen pakket ontvangen, maar mag wel betalen.
En let op als je iets wilt retourneren, want ze geven niet thuis.

Do not fall for this companies shady marketing tactics! 1) the products do not work! 2) when I asked how to return it they told me it was going to cost almost as much as I paid ($134) to return the two items & that they’ll give me a 20% return. Are you serious?!?! Acemend is not in the business of helping people with their pain -they just want to take all your hard earned money!

I bought a Acemend 4-1 massager that does not do what it is supposed to do it gets hot to the point of burning you. It does not massager at all only pings you
with electrical shocks. I don't think this is even safe.
I asked for a refund and was told I had to pay shipping to Germany. I didn't buy it from Germany. Rip Off! Company careful, don't do business with them.

I have some issues with my knee for a few month and I wanted to solve them. So, I got Acemend's 4 in 1 leg massager which has helped me to solve my problem. I use it twice a day as recommended and it has reduced my pain quite a bit over time. I am very positive that I will be able to overcome my pain soon. It's a must buy for people with pain in their legs.
