We also encountered billing/charges that felt questionable and received no satisfactory explanation when we asked for clarification. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing and cost us time and money.

We tried to resolve the situation directly (contacted support, requested a refund, and asked for a clear plan to fix the issues) but did not get a meaningful resolution. Because of that, we feel others should exercise caution before doing business with them.

****UPDATE**** to the reply of the merchant. It’s not true/valid what merchant is saying. I checked when both companies were legally established and yours was years years later. At the very least one should be forthcoming and apologize and correct their ways.
