A&C Hamilton Musical Instruments Opiniões

Bought 2 Yamaha speakers from A&C Hamilton store and I could not recommend them more. The whole place is a musician's happy place where you are give the best advice from like minded people who really know their equipment and they all helped me immensely. A really friendly helpful place.

Just bought a Korg Nautilus 73 and staff couldn't have been more helpful, I got a quick response to my enquiry and got my keyboard updated with the latest software before being sent and the best deal. Without hesitation I will be buying again from them.

I recently purchased a Genos 2 and speakers. Justin was very helpful and offered some useful advice plus a fair part exchange price for my old keyboard, all over a web chat ! With competitive prices, a faultless delivery and p/x collection and excellent customer service I cannot fault my order experience. 5* service.

Helpful informative staff, happy with my purchase 😀

prices were competetive , customer service is excellent , delivery is quick and no problems with the product , staff friendly and informative , i would buy again 100%

Excellent service Justin did a great job showing me the operation of the psr sx 920 and also managed a tidy cup of coffee 5 stars all the way Thank you.

Very please with my purchase and the service was first class very helpful through the whole experience thank you

The website looks like it's from the last century, but don't let that fool you. These guys are good. The communications were very good when contacting htem, but more than anything, the product was excellent, the price was competitive, delivery was quick (despite the next day delivery claim was not clear that it didn't apply when ordering on Saturday - but I did get it on Tue by 10am), the packaging was top notch, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Keith's knoweable advise was very helpful and moving from a Tyros 1 to a Tyros 5 has much improved our sound and found all the staff more than helpful.

I'm extremely pleased with my new piano and the brilliant customer service I received from Hamilton Musical Instruments.

I ordered an ex demonstration yamaha revstar. What a piece of kit. I can't find any signs of use. So the upshot is that I paid a lot less than the list price in New condition. Fast service. So I would recommend AC Hamilton to everyone, good prices, and great service. So definitely five stars from me

Great service piano delivered next day px my old one ,great shop to deal with

Visited the shop browsing looking to replace existing piano.
Justin talk us through options and showed us the CSP275 and wow what an instrument. He really knew his stuff and was so friendly and unpressurising.
Piano arrived from Yamaha within 10 days and was delivered fully assembled the same week. Revisited to pay remaining balance and met Kevin who was also very friendly and know if have issues can just pick up the phone or pop in.
Whole experience from start to finish was superb and would 100% recommend the shop and piano.

My experience was great.

The service and delivery was great.

Brilliant company to deal with. The support is first class. That’s why I continue to use them

Attention to detail in explanation of pros and cons, extras given as free and YouTube tutor videos. All round good service. Have used this business on and off for many years.

Very prompt and efficient service. In my contact with their staff they were very helpful and gave good advice. Their instruction videos were also very helpful in setting up my keyboard.

Helpful information from the guy who specialises in guitars, I bought a yamaha fg800 from the shop, and it was delivered next day as promised. Great service.

Excellent customer service, have been a customer for a few years, highly recommend

The guitar tech in store (Callum?) was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced, and was able to lend real-world advice and insight rather than just being a yes man, which is really what you need to help you make decisions on expensive gear! Also, they had a GREAT price on the amp I bought that was better than anywhere else I could find online. Well worth the journey
