I have been working with Amy for 8 weeks now and I can honestly say it is the best money I’ve ever spent! She’s really supportive and takes all your needs and wants into account, she’s also just really lovely and easy to chat to during our sessions! My confidence in the gym has grown hugely. Would recommend to anyone.

The best PT!!
Amy is an amazing PT who I’ve been with just over a month. She has made my confidence sky rocket and given me the best advice on how to reach my goals. I am already so happy with my results and I have booked in sessions for the next 3/4 months as I am confident she will contribute to make me feel great.

Amy is very a friendly and caring person and an amazing PT. She is very knowledgeable and motivating.
I started to work with her a few weeks ago as I was a really anxious newbie at the gym and she helped me to build confidence as well as muscles. I am getting stronger week by week and now I am actually looking forward to my gym sessions. She is always cheerful and encouraging, she loves her job and her clients. I can 100% recommend her if you need a PT or a coach.

Amy is a great PT and coach. She is very knowledgable in both exercise and nutrition and has taught me a lot of helpful things. She makes the exercise plans unique to your goals and will adjust things you don’t like. She doesn’t let you take the easy route and will push you towards your goals and make sure you are getting the most out of your workout! She won’t just tell you what you want to hear, she is honest about what changes you need to make to meet your goals and that there are no quick fixes. I have really enjoyed working with Amy so far and excited to see what we can achieve over the next few months together.

I’ve had a few sessions now with Amy and have booked in to have more in the coming months. She is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and has grown my confidence in the gym massively and her advise is always great! 10/10 recommend!
Motivating, friendly and knowledgeable
I cannot recommend Amy enough - she’s so motivating, knowledgeable, friendly and always available if you have any queries or struggle with the programme.
I’ve been working with her for just over two weeks and have already noticed such changes in my mindset and how I feel in my body it’s incredible. Plus, I’ve learned a lot about how to eat well without restricting which I never knew how to achieve before.
I therefore cannot recommend her enough!

I’ve only been working with Amy-Jayne for a few weeks and I’m already noticing changes in my body, energy levels and fitness! Amy is so knowledgeable about both nutrition and fitness and has been giving me such good advice on how I can reach my goals whilst still being able to eat things I fancy/go out for tea etc. Super quick and detailed replies whenever I have questions and so so motivating! Amy has been a great help in my fitness journey, she is always available for advice and guidance at any time and really helps to motivate me each week. She also listens to your feedback and any challenges you are facing to help in the best way possible and make adjustments in your plan as needed which is something I’ve found really key in helping me. Everything is explained well and really easy to understand, and if you have any questions these are always answered fully. Amy is a very engaged coach
Amy is a very engaged coach. Very supportive each week and on-hand to help with any questions or concerns. Has created a community feel by offering us a group WhatsApp where we can all talk/ ask Qs etc. really enjoyed training again as I felt like I had lost my passion for fitness but feels great to have structure again. Would recommend Amy if you’re looking for a coach that’s going to listen to you and help you on your journey- no crazy crash diets and hours of cardio over here!

Honestly Amy is great, she has made my experience so far so much fun. I’m eating better, feeling better about myself. I usually give up but I feel so much more motivated this time around as I am seeing results weekly.

Huge results in just a few weeks
In just 5 weeks I can feel and see a massive difference to my body, all without restrictions and doing workouts I actually enjoy. Amy has been great at giving me guidance (and discipline where needed!) and I am so excited to continue working with her.
