I have sent ACMEFUN at least 3 emails requesting a refund of $42+tax and they have not responded. They have a few email addresses. WHY? Order #AF-1670 placed March 9, 2026.
I ordered 2 dresses from AcmeFun & was impressed by how quickly they were shipped. Unfortunately the photo of 1 dress was misrepresented so I asked for a refund. Now they're ghosting me, they have not responded to my repeated requests for a refund on that 1 dress.

Forget trying to make a return, after waiting weeks for what you ordered.
Placed an order on March 4th, never received it until the 23rd and have been trying to return it ever since.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Don’t ever buy anything from this company! I’ve been trying to do a return and I cannot get a response from anyone! They just keep sending me the same generic email about their policies! This company is a scam and has ZERO Customer service. I will never buy from them and I will be telling everyone that I know to avoid this company like the plague!
