Great Product and Great Replacement Service

Stole my money!

Ordered a toy and still didn't recieve a shipping confirmation in 2 months. Messaged customer service, they claimed they no longer carried it and said I can pick something else but I wasn't interested in anything else, I just wanted my money back. I had to constantly send emails and threaten to report to the better business beareu to even get a reply back. They claimed they were doing "end of year maintenance" and my refund would be sent out beginning January. Its now almost March and they are claiming the same "maintenance" bs, they took my money!! I hope no one ever orders from these dumb fuckers again! I dont even know how they arnt shut down by now because im not the only one.

I should have check Trustpilot First

I should have check Trustpilot to find out how poorly Acmejoy’s customer care takes care of their customers. I purchased an item that does not work. I plugged it in and left it plugged in for three days. It still does not work. There is a on/off switch that is supposed turn on other options, ie heat, waving, and speed. I have written to their customer care group four times in a week with no reply. All I want is to have it replaced or repaired. No comments what-so-ever. I also tried to look up their facility in New Jersey. They are not shown as being residing at that address

30 DAYS no delivery (220659), claimed the address couldn't be shipped to because of special instructions. THEY HAVE DELIVERED TWICE BEFORE TO THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS. I was asked to update the address which I did. Even sent them 4 different emails, to ensure the correct address was received as requested by the proper people. I had to replace the intended gift with a similar one from an eBay Store, that one was received in 4 days. NOT GOOD SERVICE

Also I’ve received 5 over the border charges and 5 different charges of 100.00 each since I placed this order ! ! !

Don’t order anything from this website it’s a total scam and will rip you off again and again that’s a 💯% fact trust me forget about this app go to Adam and Eve ! ! !

Non responsive customer service!

I ordered from this company on Jan14th and its now Jan 21st and I have yet to receive a notice of shipment. I reached out to customer service via both email and direct message with no response the email has now been over 48hrs and the direct message over 24hrs. The customer service is horrible and they are non responsive. Buyer beware!

Ordered torso n cleaning kit dec 14 16 no response from customer service on tracking today got email stating cleaning kit is in route but torso hasn't been given to ups why not sent together . Update was scetched product showed 2 weeks late amazing torso suction vibration. Glad the wait is over n it actually showed up products get 5 star customer service I'll be forgiving because it was holidays I couldn't imagine how busy your email was peace n love

This company is nothing but a scam and…

This company is nothing but a scam and a rip off. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month. It started when they sent my order and delivered it to one of my neighbors. Great huh? Delivered something that no one should see but you to your neighbor!
I have been trying to get a refund and all they do is keep telling me they will reship it. There are probably now 10 personal items delivered to my neighbors. Don't trust this company it's a scam!! And yes they have had my correct address the entire time.

Still no communication or shipping

Still no communication or shipping. Received email. One stating that you were delayed in shipping and item would be expedited as of December 9th. Received second email same day stating you didn't have the item, you weren't going to have the item and to pick another item. I requested clarification and a refund if you did not actually have the item despite it still being listed for sale on your site. Communication attempts via chat and email have gone unanswered. Order was placed on 11/4/2025 and paid for almost 3 weeks ago despite not receiving any communication from your company. Have opened case with PayPal.
