Botox
We love the product, but the shipping needs improvement. We paid for 2-3 day shipping and it arrived 7 days later and was warm when we received it. Botox is to stay cold and it was far from it. Very disappointed.

Your order was expressly shipped (delivery takes 2-3 business days) and there was a delay in releasing the product at customs due to a change in the export of medicines and cosmetics.
