Disappointed with lack of contact and updates on delayed order
After numerous calls after my order being submitted I was asked who is doing the injecting, my order wasn't through then said that it was and my prescriber was email asking for further information. However I was not informed of any issue and therefore having paid for a Saturday delivery it didn't turn up and I had no way of speaking to any of your staff. I then had to wait to be informed by the courier that I would recieve the order Tuesday, i then had to call and request a refund of difference on the postage charge. Whilst it was only a few pounds I had not recieved any correspondence from ACRE regarding delay. This i feel was unacceptable service. It was the first time I have ordered with ACRE and was very dissapointed and w I uld be re reluctant to use again

Great customer service and support...
Although the price range is a tad higher than other pharmacies for aesthetic products, it is worth it just for the support and customer service they provide. So far I am very impressed. They also have area managers that contact you to help, advise and provide you with great support. Thank you.

Finally !! A pharmacy that’s got it all covered
Finally !!! A pharmacy that has easy navigation. 5* customer service and 5 * delivery in an actual box by DPD at the time they say they are going to deliver. Pricing is also super reasonable and can’t wait to now order it all in one place. 💛
