Loving a treat that isn't filled with palm oil. Hubby loving the apple cider vinegar so having to purchase separate boxes on top of the subscription 😀 Good at keeping me honest with my macros.

incompetent and disingenuous
Placed my first order with them over a week ago. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me.
I was told they had shipped the items on Wednesday for delivery the next day. Then I requested a tracking number, which was not provided.
I received nothing on Friday as advised nor Saturday. The Shop app still says unfulfilled, their website says unfulfilled.
Awful customer service, and will never order from them again.
I'll stick to Amazon orders, at least they ship and deliver.
Acti-Snack are terrible, and I would avoid them like the plague.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your recent experience.
As confirmed on email, when you contacted us on 21st to cancel your order, it had already been dispatched via courier, who should have made delivery to you on Friday 22nd. Unfortunately our order and delivery systems are not integrated which is why you do not see an update of when it has been fulfilled (or shipped).
I can see you did request the tracking number, which was unfortunately overlooked from our side.
Upon your query this morning, we checked again with the courier, who confirmed the goods were to be delivered this morning.
We do apologise for your dissatisfaction with the service, but can assure you that at no time did we try to mislead you.

These were packets of deliciousness, absolutely loved them, my mum and me tried the salted dark chocolate and peanut butter varieties of energy mix. They were so tasty and very filling, will definitely be buying more of these!
