Do not buy!!!

I have recently ordered a 3-month supply to try the product. After completing my order and entering my card details, countless pop-ups appeared on my screen. Despite not making any further purchases, I was charged for an additional 3-month supply. Upon noticing the charges on my credit card, I immediately contacted customer service to inform them I did not authorise the second purchase and requested a refund.

At the time I reached out, the orders hadn’t even been processed. However, by the time I finally received a response, it was too late as both orders had already been dispatched. To make matters worse, I was then hit with an additional £56 customs charge on top of everything.

The experience was extremely disappointing. The company’s service and policies left much to be desired. I spent three weeks emailing back and forth with customer service, only to receive generic responses that clearly showed they hadn’t even bothered to read my emails.

I have now received the product, and I really hope it delivers on its promises, as this ordeal has left me with significant debt due to the mismanagement and misleading practices. If you’re not based in the US, I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.

Great customer service and even better product!! I have been using Morning Complete, Nighttime Complete, and Slim and Balance for about 8 months now. My gut has never felt better! I am sleeping better and have more energy as well 😃

No more digestive issues!!

I have been dealing with digestive issues for almost 3 years now; diarrhea, inflamation, dietary limitations. Within the first 2 weeks of taking Activated You Morning Complete my digestive issues are all gone, I'm having regular and normal bowel movements and able to eat everything. I will definitely continue this product. It's been a life saver!!

I started taking Morning Complete and Restorative Probiotic

I started taking Morning Complete. I then added the Restorative Probiotic. I was skeptical after I had been on this regimen for a month. But, changes finally started to happen after 2 months of Morning Complete and 1 month of Probiotic. I feel less inflamed - my clothes fit a bit looser. My bathroom visits are much better. I'm sure my body will continue to improve as I stay on this regimen. I have been praying for an answer to menopause weight gain, along with bathroom issues that I've had for years. The product has made a massive…

The product has made a massive difference to my energy levels and reduced bloating significantly. A subscription also went through earlier than I expected and a prompt refund was given no questions asked.

My only suggestion would be to have benefits for recommending to others when they purchase.

I initially didn’t know if I felt a change in my energy levels while taking activated you but not having it for a couple mornings I definitely noticed a difference!!! It’s a good way to start the day and certainly has helped me maintain my energy levels throughout the day, even on those crazy hectic days you’d never thought would end.

Would 110% not recommend

Would 110% not recommend. I ordered an expensive three months of their collagen supplement under the guise of a "money back guarantee". After using two bottles I noticed no improvement in my hair, nails, and skin. In fact, my nails were actually more brittle and I noticed significantly more wrinkles in my skin. Not to say that this product caused that, but it certainly didn't improve anything. I sought to utilize the money back guarantee and was told I had to return the EMPTY bottles in order to get a refund. This was never mentioned in their lengthy video advertisement or in any materials included with shipping. I'm beyond unsatisfied and hope to spare others from wasting their money on a company that might very well just be a scam.

Pressure selling at checkout and bad customer service

As soon as I purchased ( after being pressured at checkout with endless discounts) I realised that I’d made a mistake. I didn’t know it was in USD as I’m in Australia. I can’t afford the $717.25AUD that it’s costing, so I cancelled via email straight away. I also tried ringing them but the phone number doesn’t work.

They acknowledged my request via email but refused to cancel and refund and later just shipped the goods. Saying I’d be struck with the return postage. This will take 2-3 months. Why do I have to pay the return shipping when I cancelled and they RECEIVED MY EMAIL AND REFUSED TO REFUND BEFORE SHIPPING?

I also wanted to cancel because of all the many negative reviews I read about the product and the Company here.

I opened a PayPal dispute because I’m worried I’ll never see my money. You are meant to be helping people. Shame you!

Ps. I just contacted Chloe below and got the standard automated reply. So no help from Chloe either!!!!

I was really excited to use this…

I was really excited to use this product to improve my energy levels and mental focus. Unfortunately after 2 weeks of using it, I have had a strong gut reaction with regular tummy cramps and frequent bowel movements. I have looked at the returns policy and it is not really worth me shipping the products back as it will cost me £30+. I assumed the money back guarantee would not result in further costs to an already expensive product. Won't be buying again.

bad customer service

I tried to return the product as it did not work for me. I contacted them and 9 days later received a reply. I replied to this and no one replied to my 4-5 emails but i kept getting emails every few days to sell me more. I'm in the U.K. and did not want to ring the USA. I eventually found a chat. very bad customer service. would not recommend

I haven’t received the 6 boxes of…

I haven’t received the 6 boxes of supplies i have ordered. I have dropped 2 emails to the team and even received a csat survey asking me to rate the help received and haven’t even received a reply back yet ! I ordered the stuff on dec 27th and the tracker doesn’t work & nobody responds back !

Poor Customer Service

Received my product. Still trying it out. A few days in.

2 Star Review is about customer service. Completely unresponsive. Said they’ll respond in 1-3 days time. It’s been 2 weeks.

Sent multiple emails out to ask about the 90 days refund policy. But no response. Most people here seem to get a response after leaving a review. So I’m trying that.

My question: Does the 90 day guarantee start from the day of purchase or the day product is delivered?

I am from Singapore so I was afraid it would take awhile for the product to be shipped. Ordered on 28 December 2024. Received on 07 Jan 2025.

Product worked to curb my sugar…

Product worked to curb my sugar cravings and with energy but i did not see a difference with bloating. While id love to continue using the product, the website seems scammy. there’s constantly sales and emails about how they’re about to sell out. The product is delivered in a huge jar that is only half full and you go through a bottle before 30 days. I started taking Morning Complete in mid October and as of January 8th I have gone through 3 bottles as they short you on the amount you receive. The website itself feels like a scam, you can’t write a review but yet you see a ton of 5 star reviews. You also can’t sort through reviews. Super disappointing.
